Started August 20, 2019 and trimmed only a couple times. I’ve since quit trimming and just let it hang. Going for the yeard. Stay vigilant and beard on 🤘🏼
I would like to see your growing process from start to end to see the different stages. It would be really helpful for us to decide growing our beards and see how far we can get
I’m 8 months in. Just think of it this way. It’s one less step to quit shaving. One less thing you have to do. It’ll itch for a few weeks but that’s what the oils are for. Keep it moist brother. And quit shaving 😎
Keep up the good work chaps. I am a nurse in the UK working for the NHS. I have shaved my 6" beard to be safe and protect our patients . Please please please stay at home. Great channel guys, stay safe and live bearded.
I agree, dont mess around with the neckline or cheek line too much. If you're going for a big beard that stuff hardly matters. Also ignore any negative comments. Most people are jealous or ignorant. I'm on month 11 of my beard and its turned out pretty awesome. Gets compliments all the time and gives me something to distinguish myself with.
Yep! Growing mine too. I found myself not needing to shave since lockdown and now have a reasonable salt & pepper good beard. The tash needs more growth and am looking forward to see how that developes. BTW I was completely clean shaven- head also. Strange how this has happened by chance.
Beard itch sucks! I haven’t had this problem with my last couple of beards for some reason. I have experienced it however when I was younger. Jojoba oil works wonders for this problem.
Razors down, growing beard from jan1st The neck line and cheek line gets messed up always. However the most difficult is that beard carry gems and masks dont provide adequate cover. Love from India ❤️
I’ve been in quarantine for almost 5 months based on the self isolation status. I had a heart attack in December and then the covid 19. Thankfully I’ve always trimmed my own beard and so this isolation hasn’t really effected my beard. I’ve had one for 7yrs and my wife and daughter would kill me if I shaved.
@SODAPOPHEAD I've NEVER trusted anybody to trim my beard, which is why I, too, would rather do it myself! If I were married, I'd LOVE it if my (hypothetical) wife would react that way if I shaved mine off! Yours sounds like she's probably a keeper! By the way, sorry to learn about your heart attack and coronavirus spell on top of that.
I have less growth on neck.i have a patch just in beetween above the adams apple and my chin It makes my beard look less fuller when i grow it longer than 1.5 inch What can i do to make it look fuller
In my country, we need to wear facemasks everywhere except at home and if stays for a good solid 8 to 10 hours. My question is how to work through the facemask training your hair to grow helter skelter since its not giving as much freedom as before? facemask changes the shape completely!
Spence, LOVE your beard. Yours is the look I want to achieve. I have NEVER grown a beard before and I am 50. I have been growing a quarantine beard. I'm about 4-6 weeks...but nervous about trimming the neck. Also, my son gets married in June so I want to be able to attend WITH the beard looking its best. I have not used any products on it, and have only "hedge-trimmed" each side once because it gets "poofy" right below the ears. Also my chin hair gets "wavy" and swirls to a side point (if that makes sense), but I think that is because I don't use any product?? Any words of advice? How long did it take you to get your beard like it is?
Due to lock down i came to unprofessional hair dresser and he just destroyed my bear,my 6 month beard is vanish now but i am not give up i will again start growing my beard i just want to ask you my chin is beard less and my mustache is not dark so can you please tell me what is the procedure ?
Sorry to hear about your bad barber visit! We understand the pain. Fortunately it'll grow back! As for the coloring and difference of thickness, we always encourage guys to rock what they got! Your beard is unique to you, embrace it!
i have tried to grow my beard .....i did'nt trim it for like 2 months.....it grew , but my moustache did not...it was just like before...please if you could tell me how to fix it
We typically suggest growing your beard for 4 months before taking any sort of action against it! Try this, those extra 2 months will help substantially!
@Stephen Shelton About the jawline look, I agree 100%. I keep my neckline right about the fold area where the underside of my chin ends and my neck begins. Yeah, because I have a slight double chin (and round face), no way would the jawline look suit me. Besides, as I said, I've never seen the logic of growing a full beard if you're gonna shave THAT much off!
@@thomasshort1784 True, it kills half of the beard when you do that. Also the jaw is not the lower boundary of the head. The lower beardline should act as a divider between the neck and the head. If a guy wants a smaller beard he should choose a goatee and grow it properly instead of growing a bad looking beard.
"your face is literally on fire - it's burning." ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Do you literally know what this literally means? Stopped watching right there. Drop the hype.

Been growing my beard since January 1st 2020....Being in lockdown has made it so much easier.

I second this!! Always looking for pictures of stubble to see how my beard would fare

I'm with you and mine grew super fast. Now rocking a silver/white/blonde gramps beard!

I’m on 6 month growth now but since been on quarantine I’ve let my cheeks grow out to try and get my top line higher 👍

Just messed up a little bit...but didn't want go back...so decided to go all natural...
Where can I get your shirt ? That’s a bad ass design brother !!
Some good advise! Mine is about as long as yours. Pro tip for others, get the right bushes and combs.

Let it Grow!!!!!
@@livebearded sure thanks 😊
Nice video, thanks. Would a beard oil make beard softer? My face hair feel rather stiff and rough, especially the moustache area.
I’m your 666th like!! 😈 hahaha
What can you do to help thicken your beard in the early stages please?
Long time user love your product. But I loose about 5-7 beard hairs after I shower and use my beard oil. Should I worry? Am I loosing my beard?
Nope those are just ones which are at end of growing and fall out don’t worry there are new ones that replace them... keep growing that beard..

What cameras do you use Spencer?
LiveBearded > Beardbrand
You can follow both channels and that's Ok. There's no competition here
Kevin Rojas I do follow both i was just stating my opinion. Take care now bye bye then.
Jawline beards look ridiculous, but when it's on your own face it's hard to see it because see the front of your face in the mirror.

Gosh hes so hot
I shaved mine off 😔, I don't think women find them as attractive as heavy stubble bro.
Bald DeGea regrow it bro , just keep your beard short like 2 or 3 guard short
They do prefer heavy / mid stubble.1.5/2. However do what YOU find most attractive.
Bald DeGea what naw those negative woman

@@Sdfghjk442 i guess bro. But getting laid is good yano.
Beard is good but well trimmed and shaped, why would you wanna look like a homless during the lockdown, beards is not that hard to trimm by yourself.
