@iakopklein8218 lol if I was putting the box in the yard, I would do that. The box needed to fit into a small space under the floor. I made the box fit the hole. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
It's as though if you had watched the video, you could see that the box was made to fit perfectly into the allowable space in the car so that I could have a sub, but beneath the floor in the rear so I didn't lose any cargo space. Yes, a bigger box would be nice, but there ain't no room for a bigger box in that little cubby under the floor.
@@jimjones3287 Hey Jim, If I'm losing response I'm unaware of it. The thing sounds phenomenal. Compared to the stock speakers, it's incredible. No, there are no rattles. I filled the space with acoustic foam, and put a rubber gasket around the little door that drops over the top. It sounds perfect, for me. 6x9's in the sides and the sub under the floor, it's a really great system.

Thinking of getting the meso 8, should i go for it? 1 single 8 sound pretty good?
Get the 10
@postwarrumble523 ended up with 2 6.5 tropos and a at500.1d amp I got on trade, sounds like a couple 10's in big ported box in my odyssey
If you want a good bass you make your box with 4 cubic foot box with a depth of 2 foot

You’re choking the sub. Make the box bigger.
I think it is plenty of box for the sub
Sealed only requires .3 cu ft

@@davidtroutman625 the box is fine but are you losing bass response/getting more rattles from having it concealed like that?
