  • I'm really excited to share with you this recipe for scones! It is unbelievably easy to make and all you need is 2 main ingredients - French Cream and Self-Raising Flour! The bak kwa is optional but adds bits of sweet and savoury yumminess to the creamy and fluffy scones!

Wow!! Looks so fluffy and yummy! Thanks for the wonderfully easy recipe. I must try it. If I use plain flour, how much baking powder should I use?

Hi. Thinking of doubling recipe & freezing either unbaked dough or baked scones. Any thought? 😀

Hi Doc, are you using 200ml or 150g cream for the scones? Your youtube and written recipe show different amount.

150g to make the scones. 200ml to whip the cream.

Hi Doc, is it necessary to warm up the cream? I do not have a microwave oven. 😁

Fresh blueberries might be too wet. Can try dried ones.

It's actually available outside, though not commonly found. I've bought it before, loved it and also made it myself because I loved it so much.

@@simplyme3306 Yes, scones are readily available but they are usually made with butter, not cream.

@ieatishootipost but I'm wondering if it is as fragrant as using butter since butter has like 81% fat?
