  • I’m going to show you 2 ways of making Lettuce Bibimbap, which is a simpler variation of Bibimbap.
When it’s very hot outside, the quick-to-make, yet flavoursome Lettuce Bibimbap is just the perfect menu.
Crunchy lettuce leaves, fresh veggies and sweet & spicy sauce with warm rice is a fool proof combination and creates a hearty comfort food. Not to mention that it’s a very delicious way to enjoy healthy ingredients.
Different textures, flavours and colours give such pleasure to your eyes and bring exciting sensation to your mouth.
The toppings can be mixed and matched, of course, depending on what you have in your fridge.
So try to experiment by using various leaves and veggies.
Bibim means mixing and Bap means rice in Korean, so keep mixing!
