I really enjoy your videos. I have a small suggestion tho: Could you please add a very subtle, low volume music as a background for the entire video? When you record your voice, your microphone catches the background base noise (the "silence" between your words) which is perfect, but everytime you stop recording a fragment, the video goes into a total silence, and it gives the feeling that it either stopped or paused (as if the video was buffering, for example) and I have found that a bit distracting (the first times, till I found out what was going on). The sessions and breathing exercises are fantastic and thank you very much for taking the time to do this.

Tried this for an energy boost at the behinning of the day because I didn't get enough sleep. The breathing helped to be confident as I locker at the day ahead. Thank you very much and all the best!
This was really good feel super calm and ready to study. Must admit didn't think I was going to survive all those rounds but I did and have no regrets. Edit: Back for round two...helped again
