OMG. This was just amazing I fell sleep and meanwhile I was thinking this is not working and I'm gonna lose more time sleeping although I could not resist it so I let go. I do not remember the words but I suddenly woke up, first a little confused but after minutes I felt energized and motivated. It's midnight now and I'm awake studing for my pediatric exam tomorrow. Wish me good luck ;)
    Update: I got 20/20 :)

This seems to be what I need. My perfectionism finally resulted in me procrasintinating and doing virtually nothing, as 'it wouldn't be right anyway'. This of course added to my constant anxiety. I don't want to live this way anymore, I hope it works. Thanks.

I'm 77 years old male and just retired 2 months ago. I haven't exercised in about 10 years and couldn't bring myself to start. So I bought this MP3 and listened to it for the past 3 weeks. About a week after I started listening to this, without any willful effort on my part, I started walking the treadmill at the gym 7 x week. A week later, I thought about using the elliptical machine, but am afraid I'll look like a 77 year old snow skiing for the 1st time. So today I listened to this session, and when I got to the gym, without thinking about anything in particular, I got the urge to jump on the elliptical machine for 20 mins and the stationary bike for 40 mins. I felt SOOOO great (and didn't fall off the elliptical!) I must mention that during all the listening sessions, I never felt as if I was hypnotized, so I assumed the program was not doing anything. But after today's gym session, I have no doubt that this program works (for me). My WILL POWER has failed to do what this program does EFFORTLESSLY.

@@MichaelSealey Immediately after I listened to this today, I had an AHA moment that put a smile on my face: Imperfect Circle = ZERO accomplished. And perfect Circle = ZERO accomplished. You are BRILLIANT, Mr. Sealey. By the way, when I bought this Procrastination program, I wasn't thinking of exercising, but getting my home business launched. Apparently my subconscious mind sets my priorities with staying healthy before getting wealthy. Thank you again. Jack, Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.

I'm new to the world of the seemingly thousands of hypnosis videos on UA-cam. I started listening to them while I was doing stuff like giving myself a home facial- steaming my face, a masque, and so forth- a process I normally get far too bored to spend the time do do properly. I chose a motivation/stop procrastinating video because I was having a hard time getting up off my butt to go to the gym.
Well. not only have I been going to the gym at least four days a week, I've been keeping a food log consistently and I've dropped about ten pounds so far. I've also been spending more of my free time cleaning and organizing rather than simply reading or watching Netflix. I really don't know if it's the hypnotism process itself or simply the act of making an effort to do something to change my behavior, but it's working....

This video is completey amazing in the way that it doesnt just make me finish my work without being distracted, it also makes me see what i need to do to achieve the best working conditions. For example, the other day i was tired and was struggling to finish a report for school, so I watched this video.Instead of finishing the report like an emotionless robot, it made me realize that I was too tired and I went straight to bed the minute I finished watching. Then I finished the report without distractions immediately after class finished the next day.The last time I had finals I was also struggling to finish a report, so I watched the video and realized that the reason I couldnt focus was because I was hungry without having noticed it. The minute the video ended I started cooking food, and then finished the report the same night. This video is incredible.

First of all, procrastination bulldozer method has worked wonders for me. I highly recommend you apply it. Secondly, whenever you have a task that takes less than 5 minutes to do, do it right away. Listened to this program today, and suddenly visualized ancient Greek philosophers sitting around itching, scratching, & arguing their viewpoints. Then whilst visualizing the old monk & hearing his message, suddenly the name "Epicurus" popped into my head! Then another candidate who might spend 50 years making perfect circles - Pythagoras?
I've been reading & watching UA-cam philosophers talking about how each individual creates their own reality - sort of individual reality bubbles. So I visualize 7 billion individual soap bubbles moving about projecting various vibes (or view of reality). And bubbles projecting similar (in harmony) vibes tend to be attracted and interact with each other. And bubbles with dissimilar vibes tend to repel (not interact with) each other. Assuming no two bubbles project exactly the same vibes (an unprovable theory) there will always be at least slight differences in viewpoints. Each individual's perception of Reality is absolutely valid (because that individual literally created it's Reality), no two Realities will be identical (unprovable theory again).
So I now see the futility of attempting to show anybody else that they are wrong about anything because their Reality, though different from my Reality, is absolutely valid.
I think it's important came to you for help in altering my Reality, unlike those who come knocking on my door to impose your opinions on me. So another MAJOR benefit that I received from this program is that I now have a valid reason to keep my opinions to myself instead of time arguing about anything.

This video seems to hit a nerve: first time couldn't focus but something made me cry all of a sudden. Second time: focused, when the "don't seek perfection" message really hit me hard. There it was, an important piece of advice: don't judge yourself for what happened in the past. You are willing to improve your life, make it count and you are working in getting your control back. Thank you so much! Hope to finish while watching it the third time though.

This is amazing! I had never thought about hypnosis or meditation, however, one normal night of not being able to sleep, I was desperate to try something, anything. I stumbled upon Michael and I am hooked ever since that day of a peaceful, full nights rest. I usually scroll through his page to find what I’m needing for that particular day and will fall asleep listening to it, the next day I am refreshed and feel like a new person. Last night was the first time I listened to this one, and today before work I accomplished everything I had put off from the weekend, household chores. I don’t know how I did it but I am attributing it to listening to this while falling asleep. I especially love the overthinking ones and the calming ones. I work in medical so the calming ones come in very helpful , Patients can be upset when they’re sick a lot of times so I just need something to come and relax me after the busy day. Also the overthinking videos help as well with managing the multiple thoughts of things you need to do and things you can’t forget on top of regular life needs. Basically how to calm your mind from overthinking. Michael has a lot of options and they are all great! It makes me feel happy at work now instead of stressed I am so grateful to have found him!

I'm surprised he doesn't fall asleep on himself. With his very deliberate and spaced out pauses he could lull anyone into a Hypnotic state as long as you're concentrating and got the right ambience. Except I started giggling when he starts talking about the woman and I can't concentrate. I'd have to be close to sleep and then I'm afraid I won't be awake to hear the subliminal messages.

It’s working very well , when I watch this video I only watch it when I am moving and listening to it on a day to day I’ve been improving slowly and people are acknowledging the progress I have become closer with my children and spending time with them more and more , I have Been sleeping better , I’ve been smiling more, starting to gain peace with myself , I’ve came peace with me being lonely and I like it more because it’s me vs me at the end of it and I just take one day at a time and when I get the urge to want to be lazy I just force myself up and start pushing my body and I love the progress idk I woke one day and just started progressing after listening to this video. So I will say from this experience it has and is working (imo) so you should 100000% listen to this. It does help but only if you allow you mental to let that inside of your head and you allow your mind to be more open to the opportunity to be better .

thank you so much, Michael. during the hypnosis I cried like a baby most of the time. I saw myself in my grandparents garden when I was a kid and reexperienced the feeling of absolute safety and creativity - because they let me be myself most of the time, with only a few reasonable rules. I felt free of worry, free of fear of failure, free to do anything I want enjoying the process, not the end result. You helped me to release quite a lot of baggage as I managed to talk to my grandparents in the process and give them a big THANK YOU and a long hug for all they have done for me. Sending a huge thanks and a hug to you as well, Michael

Wow, I really feel relaxed after this. It's as if my fingers are numb as I type these letter on the keyboard.
I have a serious problem with procrastination. The idea of getting things I know I need to get done is daunting. I want to do everything later and always imagine myself having more time than I really do. As far as beating this nasty habit with hypnosis goes, should I watch this video every day? The immediate effects I feel include lightheadedness, and a completely relaxed body. I'm not really sleepy, although I know if I were to lay down I'd probably pass out. How long would you say it takes for the video to tap into my subconscious and allow me to overcome procrastination?
I always hate myself for doing it, but I can't help it. I've tried to-do lists, agendas, waking up earlier, avoiding distractions, practically everything. This is the only thing I haven't tried and I just am so frustrated with myself for allowing procrastination to take hold of my life. It brings a lot of unwanted stress. I like procrastinating and playing a video game or reading a book instead of doing my work like I'm supposed to. But I always tell myself that I can squeeze all my work into one day and just power through. So I can enjoy the time right here and now. It's never as rewarding as I think it will be.
Thanks for the great video and if you have any other suggestions or videos to help me get over this, I'd appreciate the helpful tips!

Briana Jones Yes, daily listening would be recommended to help you refocus your mind. How long it takes to experience results is highly subjective; but it's reasonable to assume that within two weeks of regular listening you can expect positive changes. I would also suggest making time each day for mindfulness meditation - ua-cam.com/video/64ZU2UCQdmQ/v-deo.html You don't even have to do the whole 20 minutes, perhaps say 5 minutes ... Allow yourself to take time out, and feel good about it.

I used to feel just like that. The BIGGEST block for me, was admitting I had this disease, “procrastination”. That if I had to make a decision, I would remember that I am a “procrastinator” and use that as a crutch to continue procrastinating. Think about it like this: imagine yourself running a lap outside your house right now. Realize that NOTHING really stops you from doing just that. That you can, quite literally, turn off your laptop/phone and walk outside, and start jogging. You have to understand that it’s completely possible, and that all that is needed, is for you to just take that first step and reach for the power button.
