The judges are purposely misinterpreting the law, freedom of religion had never ever, ever, ever meant that religions have special exemption in any manner or form.
That’s not freedom of religion, that’s a theocracy.
I think it's far more likely that the judge who made this ruling was a Scientologist himself. They love to woo celebrities and powerful figures by treating them MUCH differently than they do the people under their direct control. They lavish them with gifts and practically hand them money so they think the cult is a genuinely nice place. Or they just don't want to give up the bribes.

I was in drug rehab in Florida back in 2011 and heard a lot of stories about their many labor camps that are disguised as rehabilitation centers. They then tell your family you relapsed and you ran away. This is just heresay but one girl started crying and breaking down talking about her imprisonment. She didn't know where she was and had to cut herself on razorfence to escape. Police didn't believe her of course and she was sent home with her family screaming at her for "relapsing" and not believing a word she said. Scientology is not only a cult it's a mafia. Slavers. I also live very close to this place and they pay good money for security as well as keeping as little contact with the outside community makes it extremely hard for us locals to know exactly what they are doing or what's going on. Law only protects the nutty "religion" not it's actions tho but can't prove what's happening if we can't find evidence or enough people willing to speak out tho.

I live in San Jacinto and alot of people just brush this place off as a normal film development location, likely because it is very easy to drive right by as it’s in between one of the main roads that lead to town and the Saboba casino. My Uncle once told me when he was younger, he and his friends were parked by the gates after a night of partying just for fun and once they left, they ended being pursued by a couple vehicles for several miles.

I remember driving by this place once while working out in San Jacinto Mts. area. I was with 2 other coworkers and we didn't know what the place was ( later i realized what it was watching Leah Remini's account)but when we noticed the bladed fence we knew there was something VERY SINISTER going on inside, as the fence was obviously not simply to keep people out, but to keep people IN also.

Hey scare theater! I live a little under 10 miles away from here! It's so scary to drive through, no one is around but its surrounded by houses with boarded-up windows(but they still look fairly nice) also there are security cameras EVERYWHERE, in the trees, on the abandons houses, on the huge fences. It's honestly so scary, I use to only pass through it once and a while to visit inlaws but me and my partner are living here for the summer and I have to drive through it to go to work in LA. It's honestly terrifying I make sure to call my dad and tell him I'm passing through just in case something happens. I've only seen one person ever in my 6 years of passing through and now my 5-ish months of living here.
Also nowhere in the surrounding cities really talk about Scientology at all. It's really weird.

Hello 👋 my name is Matthew Martinez, and I was researching this due to a rather strange email, you see I do some forms of freelance investigative journalism. I'm a complete rookie and kinda shit at it but it's something I do as a side gig.
Now I got an email from a user who wishes to remain anonymous or used to, I'll explain that later, I have no clue how it why he/she contacted me of all people, he said he got my name and email from my article on weather or not the company vector was a scam (it's a real company) and told me he/she was breaking a ton of NDA's and told me about how this place well they didn't refer to it as "the hole"
However I researched the location they gave me and this is what came up.then the person did a complete 360 they told me it was a hoax that the church of Scientology was completely honest and ethical.
They never emailed me back, however recently my family had to contact the police because someone went through our mail at first I thought it was my aunt because she has a history of identity theft however only one envelope was torn and empty, and my address was on it as usual for mail but the letter W. Was scrawled on it, the person used that letter when they signed their initials on the email.

I live in San Jacinto and I've played at the gold base golf course with my highschool band also played a birthday show there and it's pretty Erie over there. I've passed by it many times and there's been rumors about the camps in sj as well as Hemet which is the neighboring city. It's crazy to think that golden era is like 5 minutes from my community college. I guess the Scientology hq is my claim to fame lol

Every time I happen to watch one of these UA-cam videos I then have to relate a story about my interactions with the supposed Church, of Scientology. It starts with me getting a job in the HVAC field with a company that was the primary one to be called out to this old golf course country club like place in San Jacinto. We worked on all kinds of HVAC but were specialists with regard to what is called gas HVAC where the primary source of energy is not electricity but is gas, so instead of a compressor to move the Freon, there is a Heat exchanger to move the Ammonia or Bromide gas solution which is the refrigerant instead of Freon. Anyway I was dispatched out to the old golf course country club and was surprised to see a brand new fence all the way around with a brand new guard house fully manned with gun wielding guards and dogs. As I checked in and was searched top to bottom including mirrors to see all underneath my vehicle and dogs to sniff out I don't know what, a couple of guys came out to meet me and guide me through the facility and for me to pretty much teach them as much as I could on just a service call. So as I did nothing more than service this machine and teach these guys as much as I could in the time available I then left through the main dinning hall that was set up with wall to wall tables set out with nothing but L. Ron Hubbard Books, Dianetics I think. Now as astonishing it was to be searched better than if I was entering a military base(yes I was in the Air Force), the shocking thing for me was, as I left they searched me and my vehicle and my equipment and my tools even more so than upon entering. Ever since I have told this story to anyone who would listen and realize how much of a mind screw religion, I use the term religion loosely, it was and is even now. Just Saying

Im glad you made a video about this. You should make a video on Shelly Miscavage. She was David Miscavage s wife and disappeared suddenly and had never been seen since. Scientology denies anything happened and they say that she's fine and just doesn't want to be seen in public anymore. Anyway it's a weird story and I would love if you covered it!
