    You’re not doing it right, that’s why you ain’t seeing results, I’ve been doing it for about two weeks for 20 mins a day and I’ve seen drastic reduction in my waist line and abdomen

      Agreed. This girl is standing there jiggling. She does not appear to be doing it right at all. I think she debunked herself.

    Additionally, I've been doing this very exercise for years before I even heard of this Tiktok trend. It has helped me to stay in shape for over 20 years. It actually part of a dance routine I do.

      That's awesome, maybe trying it out for a week wasn't enough time. Always looking to try new workouts :)

    Ive been doing this excercise two days for about 20-30minutes but variations of different to different EDM songs with similar tempo and so far I noticed a small difference in my stomach. Two days. No diet, but that doesnt mean no moderation. Been upping my protein, drinking a lot of water and doing my best to not eat a lot of sugar. It helps!

    I’ve seen other videos that show it has worked
    and so far it’s working for me. So it might be an indication it doesn’t work for you. No debunking here.

      Thanks for your comment. How long as you doing it for? Have you lost a lot of weight because of it? Are you doing any other exercises? Let me know, I'd love to figure it out. Because my next video I tried it again longer for a week and similar results.

    I have done for 3 days and feel it in my arms legs and tummy working for me , calories deficit makes me miserable

    No. Its not 10 minutes a day. At least 35 minutes a day..

    Legs together. Harder thrusts side to side. Shimmy...etc you aren't doing it right.

    Your " pelvic thrusts" are not even close to the lady on tok tok and I just dont like the way you throw shade at the Enchanting Tik Toker.

    Any type of dance will make a person lose weight and tone their muscles to some degree. Dance and aerobics are really not that different.

    So I am currently doing this workout 10 mins a day 3 times a day. Just started two days ago. I think if very over weight and coming from sedentary it’s possible to lose this at first doing this. I think most of it would be considered water weight though.

      I think 10 minutes a day did nothing for me, but I've been doing it 30 minutes a day this week (video coming out this weekend) and I do feel and see a difference. I have a bigger pooch on my lower belly and this is exactly what it feels like it's targeting. Personally, I don't think it will help you loose weight but I think it will help for overall stomach definition!

      Hi Tabitha, I just sent this to Victoria. I think you’d benefit from it too.
      I’m sorry but I’ve been where you are. And and really, where most young women are. I think you’re putting way too much emphasis on the number on the scale. You’re going to carry more water weight on some days than others. It’s bordering obsessive when you’re doing so much and barely eating.
      So listen, if you want to see some significant results and not have to diet, try Body Flex. It’s crazy outdated which you’ll see by the looks of Greer Childers, but I promise you that you’ll lose weight no matter what you’re eating. I lost 15 pounds and 19” in 30 days while still eating fast full combo meals with huge cokes THREE times a day for 6 months. I gained so much weight. 35 pounds in just a couple of months.
      I’m challenging you to do it for one week without doing any other exercises. No walking, running or doing this dance. You should lose an entire dress/pant size.

      I know this looks crazy but it truly works. Doing the breathing correctly is most important. I hope you give it a try.

      @@DynamicBailey Hey Bailey, thank you for your concern again but I do not think I've gained 20lbs of water weight during covid. It's just 20lbs of fat - I've lost 13lbs so far. Maybe 2 of those lbs were water weight haha
