I'm 47 years old. Male loneliness is an issue for men under 30. More like 23 years old and under males. The key to this is anyone 30 and up don't know anything about what they are going through. What we need to do is listen to younger generation males and see what the issues are because we simply don't know. We need to listen to the younger generation for solutions because they know the issues and the problem. We on the outside looking in speculating..saying what we think it is.
I broke up with my fiance' in MAY technically after catching her cheating with her boss.. i made it official in august and moved out. Left her the house. Right now im a healthcare traveler and have been in California for the past 3 months. Journey has been hard but it does give u time to catch up on things. Many days i wish i had someone with me but i realize it is apart of the journey. And also realize that females def can ve a waste of time and will hold you back on things that you shouldve done years ago. But men dedicate themselves and sacrafice so we def get ahead of ourselves especially for ungrateful women.. fellas keep ya head up!

Didn't realize that I was actually doing a couple of the things you mentioned. Spending time alone has allowed me to identify and write down my core values and what I'm looking for in a mate. As you get older the likelihood of being lonely increases. You need to make a life for yourself which involves doing the things you like on a daily basis.
Be careful because video games give men a false sense of success. I like certain military inspired games. However, we must reconnect with what's real. I feel you.

Acknowledge your feelings, tell yourself it’s okay to feel that way, and use the time you have to improve yourself. One of the biggest recommendations I can give is to start learning a new language. It will help you make connections, and communicate with people you never thought would enter your life. It’s a challenge of commitment, confidence building, and coming to terms with making mistakes and occasionally embarrassing yourself. Our brains are like our bodies. If we fill them with empty, toxic stuff, then we’ll feel bad. If we put in the hard work and exercise them, then we’ll get amazing results. Just like working out can strengthen muscles you didn’t think were there, learning a language can unlock incredible abilities to use your brain to gain whole new perspectives on things. Avoid the competitive consumerism, the body count competition, and strengthen the most important tool in your arsenal: your brain.
