Would you suggest changing spark plugs 45,000 miles on a 2021 Mazda 6 grand turbo.
I'm no pro, I just follow the manufacturer's recommendations in the manual. It's 40k for some and 75k for other, depending on the engine type.
Do the spark plugs come with the lubricant?
No, you can buy little anti-seize (for the threads) and silicone (for the boots) packets at any auto parts store for $1 (more than enough for 1 job) or you can buy larger containers.
