I tried to open with a screwdriver as in the video and it cracked and i destroyed the frame
How am I supposed to know which cable color goes to which hole?
First, you need to determine the purpose of each wire, and then connect it according to the instructions. If you are really not sure, you can hire an electrician, which can ensure your safety.

Is this box bigger than a standard 1 gang switch ? Looks square compared to a rectangle shape standard light switch in the U.S.
If you have this question better don't do it yourself.
