the bean shaped callout at 1:54 transliterates to "Sugosupa New Serika". I'm guessing the first word is a portmanteau of "sugoi" (which means "awesome") and, well, super. basically a hokey marketing word they probably invented just for this commercial as an earworm, like "crantastic".
@@TheMstaken216 It was mine, and i miss it dearly... It was similar to version from the commercial. It was 1990 2.0 GT-i(same as GT-R except it has no rear wheel steering) in red. Loved the seats and how it drove, interior was really nice, i dont get why noone makes car seats like these in velour. It was lovely to touch, comfy and durable. Instead we either had coarse cheap fabrics or leather/alcantara, nothing in between :/
@@shaunonsite Unfortunately I don't remember at this point, but I would guess one of the quiz game episodes. If I ever come across it again I'll try to remember to update you.
OK...now I actually want to experience the dual 4 wheel steering and 10 speaker super live sound system. That's some sukka sukka styling.

Thanks to this commercial, I just bought a 1990 Celica.
The term used in these commercial, "Sugosuba" (スゴスバ), may be a portmanteau between "sugoi" ("amazing") and "subarashii" ("wonderful").
