- Buddy Love (Eddie Murphy) gets his revenge on the insult comic Reggie (Dave Chapelle), by heckling him on stage with jokes and throwing him into a piano.
The Nutty Professor (1996): Eddie Murphy gives the "performances" of his career playing no less than seven roles in this uproarious Jekyll-and-Hyde comedy from Imagine Entertainment. Murphy stars as Dr. Sherman Klump, a kind, "calorically-challenged" genetics professor who longs to shed his 400-pound frame in order to win the heart of beautiful Jada Pinkett. So, with one swig of his experimental fat-reducing serum, Sherman becomes "Buddy Love", a fast-talking, pumped-up, plumped-down Don Juan.

Gold!
That's pretty funny lol
Straight comedy 😂😂😂💀
Had the pleasure of seeing this in theatres as a kid. The audience was absolutely howling through the entire movie. I've never had another movie going experience quite like that.
I know what you mean. I got lucky to have four of those experiences, 'I'm Gonna Get You Sucka', 'Coming to America', 'Friday' and this one.
The third Austin powers movie. Goldmember... I saw both movies opening night. Both insanely laughing crowds.... however the goldmember was end to end laughs because the nutty professor had some serious parts with no laughter
This movie, Liar Liar, and Ted
I snuck into the theater to see this at 12. Best experience I had at that time!
I had the luck to see the first hangover movie in the theatres. it was a sneak preview on a really hot summer night before it actually aired and the crowd went wild. i remember that a lot of people came from other film screenings into our screening and sat on the floor. even the employees and the security guards were sitting on the floor. and you can probably imagine how everyone lost it at the outro.
it was pretty much a perfect movie night
Eddie Murphy is really one of a kind, a true gifted comedian
Oh yeah a black icon
It would have been comedy gold if he said something like: "Yo mama so fat, she need an archeologist to dig up the shit from her asshole!" 😂😂😂

I'd be laughing my lungs out if Eddie Murphy crashed one of Dave Chappelle's Netflix stand-ups for real like this.
Dude that would be epic if it was a double special where you get the first half of Dave then it turns to Eddie
Don't think I ever saw Eddie Murphy on "The Chappelle Show". Eddie just isn't on the same level as Dave. In fact, I would suggest Chappelle is currently the funniest comedian today. Charlie Murphy was much more naturally funnier than his brother.
@@ZebraFacts the comedian dave chappelle looks up to isn’t on the same level? Have you seen Raw or Delirious
@@ZebraFacts truth they are all legendary
@@ZebraFacts Raw and Delirious are great stand ups. Delirious especially is actually funnier than anything Dave Chapelle did. Movies like Coming to America and Beverly Hills Cop are great and funny films. Eddie Murphy was also the funniest person in SNL history. Dave looked up to Eddie Murphy and skits from SNL that Eddie Murphy did like "White Like Me" were probably a big influence on the Chappelle Show.

A few days ago I saw a kid with a bleach blonde mullet. Fashion is cyclical lmfao
Even better, he was actually attacked on-stage some years later during a comedy show.
@Arouxayis Chapelle is a moron, most overrated comedian ever.
This was the hair style trend back then.
So he predicted that people would put piles of Sh💩 on their heads

I can't listen to "Loving You" without thinking about this scene anymore. Everytime I hear Minnie Ripperton high pitching, I think Eddie is crushing her hand.
And to think Dave was really on his way to the top…accomplished a lot in the scene of comedy ❤

And now Dave is so big, this legitimately feels like a CRAZY crossover that we are lucky to have.

Sad thing is he's been working on a new rutine since at least 2010.. I guess hes never been satisfied enough to take it live

@@jaaqess2525 eddie would be fine. I take it none of yall were around in the 80s when eddie Murphy was huge, because yall are acting like this is some "what if" situation.
