I had a 79 4X4, it was a good truck but my long legs made me have to push the clutch and brake pedal with the side of my foot and that ended up bending the linkage and had to be reworked a couple times in the two years I drove it.
And why I bought a xcab Toyota in 85, and that was a truly GREAT truck.
