Krish sir is raja ram mohan rai of present time...all media, business houses,politicians, officers are builders pet...sab builders ki han mein haan bolte firte hain...apne personal profits ke liye....nobidy talk about middle class peooke, their finnacial problems, thei mental agony after not getting flats for 10 years...krish sir is doing fantastic job with no selfishness...he is making people aware about the tricks that builders do to impress inocent people by unreal show off and make them their gulaam fir 20-25 years and eat away everything from their personal accumulated money(as downpayment) and salaries of next 20 years
Excellent information , exceptionally perfect,unfortunately still many unsuspecting buyers take the bait, I have just one very simple advice , before committing yourself just go through the media to see if there are any complaints regarding that particular project that includes builders, vacations, time share holidays like club Mahindra, royal goan beach club who have many names and keep on changing names to confuse you, country club etc, please think 100 times over before you take the bait, always try to buy ready to move In Properties, and from resellers

Many states have not implemented RERA in a transparent manner. Their website is not set up properly for enabling you to seek information about the builder.
