    Always buy old flat, never go for under construction ever. Period.

    I have purchased under construction flats as well as resale house but never faced any such problems. Listening to this I can say that I am lucky that way .

    Sir Delhi NCR khatam, No hope for middle class. EMI culture and Real estate syndicate ne barbaad kardiya market. Itna inflate kardiya hai prices, Koi logic nhi hai. Inki society ke bahar kutte baithe rehte hai, Paani ki dikkat hai and rates crores mein. Mein toh Dehradun shift karne ka soch rha huun ab. Delhi jeene layak nhi rhi.

    Sirji should we believe on oral promise by sales or ask written in Black an white....is it good to buy part OC received property..

      Part-OC received is not so good. Buy the property after full OC is received. Better still, buy resale properties 2-3 years after OC is received and society is formed.

    Majority resale flat also getting sold due some problem exist there..otherwise why some one would sell that...such problem seller do not disclose..buying property is like lottery

      Right. We can walk around with eyes half-shut. If we stumble off a cliff, a swimming pool will magically appear if it is our accha samay. A pile of sharp rocks will await our arrival at the bottom if it is bura samay 🙏🏻

      @@adityaraj5200 It's a 3Bhk (3 bathrooms) flat. 2nd floor with area of 750 square feet and Two balconies. Its a 4 story residential building with parking. And out of 4 floors my family owns first three. I am expecting 45-50lakhs for it.
