  • Sales teams of builders offer you 10:90 payment schemes or some other variants of Buy-Now-Pay-Later subvention schemes, sometimes in collaboration with banks and financial institutions. Such payment plans and offers are extremely dangerous to flat-buyers, not only because they cause loss of financial judgement, but also because they are vague and misleading.
