  • Tennis Elbow (or Lateral Epicondylitis) are caused by the overuse of the forearm and wrist. Patients usually experience pain and weakness in the elbow area, and may radiate down to the wrist.
    In this video I would like to share with you 6 pressure points that you can massage on to reduce the pain and swelling in the elbow.
