Hello thanks for posting it’s very helpful. I have a cayman 981 with the pcm but no navigator. If I buy a used unit with Navi I have only to put it in? Do you know if is plug and play or it need coding?
Not that I needed to remove my unit but at 7:49 I have used painter's masking tape right at the edge of the unit so that the minute you pull it out, that panel is protected.
I'm not sure if you're still monitoring comments on here, but do you know how easy it is to remove the AC/Heated Seats Module just below the PCM? it looks as if it should just clip out once the PCM is out the way, right? Thanks!
Hi GT Silver my PCM 3.1 in the 911 4S has no DAB+, I am planning to add a Dension, but I am not sure whether I need a new windscreen antenna, or whether a FM/DAB antenna splitter will do. and if I try to add a splitter, what kind of plug (adapters) do I need? thanks for sharing Ernesto
Hi Derek! Thx for watching! No problems whatsoever.... I removed it because I sold the C4S. I then sold the whole reverse camera / NAV-TV setup to a fellow 991 owner. I am going to install this same setup in my new 991 GTS, but will buy a new kit. For the new car check out my GTS videos - goo.gl/ruDVQG

Hello, do you have a video on removing the gauge cluster? I’m replacing the cluster surround and can not find instructions on how to remove.
