I was at my local Costco and a guy was there doing a demo of the new 2018 Venturist V1200 Vitamix. It's a Bluetooth machine and you can use an app to program various recipes. Check it out!
I was so impressed with everything that was made a long with the taste and how easily the rep made it look. If you freeze the fruits, any fruits, you don't need ice and it'll be ice cream like.

I don't use ice, just frozen fruit to which I add water or milk to thin if necessary. I also only sweeten the sherbet for guest by adding 1/2 or 1 frozen banana. I made one recently with frozen watermelon ...nothing else.

He needed more ice. Less soft ingredient. Or frozen strawberries. He's wrong on his ratio. You should be able to turn the container upside down. He made a smoothie bowl.
