Thank you. Worked on my 2016 Camry SE. The dealer price is about $129 US dollars for the genuine Toyota key and $220 for programming. A mobile locksmith said about $200 to rekey. I got the key from Amazon for like $20 and $3.25 for locksmith to cut the key.

Hi, it may work but I cannot say for sure as this was tried on a 2006 to 2011 Camry. You can always try it and if it does not work you can get Toyota to program it but at dealership cost of coding though .

@David Kukoleck Hi there, you sequoia might be a bit different, also with after market keys it might not always work. I would recommend getting oem keys then programming it yourself.
It worked after three attempts or so on my 06 sienna! The first step of the doors unlocked and then leaving the key in, it's not clear if a key needs to be withdrawn before you open the door or not and then do the subsequent steps. I tried it a couple different ways and eventually it did work!

I would say make sure that the key part numbers are the same as described in the video . The aftermarket keys are touch and go. If you do it on a genuine key it should work. Mine is a 2011 Camry SE
@@DocMackGarage is between 2002 -2007 i drove the car a couple of times i actually never notice if it has power windows or not i was giving this car as a gift i just wanted to program the keyfob to open and lock the door with the controler i also wanted to program an actual key as Spare incase i lose the key the car is still in a familys member place i havent pick it up so i havent taken a good look at it the times i drove it before it was always dark at night most of the time

most likely not, doesn't work for my 14 sienna. Seems after certain year, you need a programmer that hooks up to you OBD 2 connector. Toms Key rents these programmers and has videos on how to use it.

What if it does 2 lock cycles instead of 1 after holding the buttons and then clicking lock on the fob?

Remotes and keys are separate. If you have a fob you can program it using this method

Unfortunately, this didn't work on a 2011 Highlander.
You may need to buy software online and get the ob2 connector
