Two months ago, I opened this video by mistake. Only watched it for 30 seconds, I quit immediately. ah, this isn't for me. Leave it to skinny girls. So I started to follow Jeanette Jenkins, who is a really, really good trainer. last night my naive mind thought that maybe I could try this one now, I've improved a lot, and it shouldn't be that tough. 🙃🙃🙃 MAN IT'S INSANE !!! I literally cried loud on the floor had to break several times with my shaking legs. couldn't complete several actions but still held there. And I didn't quit! Really dont like people who cant count properly :( I know its supposed to be some form of motivation, but when Im struggling to just keep up and push myself for the time stated, its counts like that that are really demotivating :( Not sure if Im the only one like that
me too like if you wanna get more reps in then say 15 instead of repeating 10 five times. I mean he's trying to make it fun I guess and in the end I did not regret doing this workout but safe to say I called him some pretty colourful names throughout this workout lmao
Wish the description was a little more clear. Was expecting a full body beating... instead it was 90% legs and booty.. that's fine but not what I was looking for.. Killer workout though.. the legs were jelly

Whenever I am feeling masochistic, I find a Jake DuPree work out. Holy fuck. Also, I love how the women are all bubbly and giggly in the beginning and get progressively quieter and quieter throughout the video. Too tired to laugh!
My husband and I just completed this workout and it was hard but so worth it. My whole body just feels tired but strong. I will be attempting to do this at least once a week.

I have asthma but I would still like to do cardio workouts without having to take my inhaler so I love that you guys always have the modified versions of the exercises
No idea how but this workout is not good with keeping the postures. The main thing in a workout is to do the postures correct. And with this pace I bet maximum of the people will get injuries just to keep up with Jake. P.s. forget about the count, focus on how you balance your posture or else get ready for some serious injuries.
I’ve learned that if I can’t do the pace on workout videos I go my own pace. I’m moving and doing the move right and that’s better than sitting on my butt

Jake hands down has the best workouts on pop sugar. Ive yet to find a workout that even compares to his. I love how he keeps my heart rate up never stopping , mix btwn carido HIT, active recovery, and a killer strength workout all within 40min. You will be sweaty and sore without lifting a weight. Did i mention he is hilarious! Pop sugar we need more jake workouts please!
This workout almost ended me! Why are there no breaks?!? Everything hurts today AND i've been working out at least 4 times a week. Cheated on a couple of the moves but what an excellent routine. I'm looking forward to more of Jake's cardio workouts:)
this is intense! there are barely any breaks so i have to take a 10 sec break a few times to catch my breath lol but this is an amazing full body workout that leaves you feel super energized!

Ok now!! Jake's energy is super fun, but once an instructor starts constantly messing with the rep countdown... i.e. "and 4...4...4...4...4....4...4...3...2", I can't deal. I count on the real countdown to help me mentally stick it it through, so I had to bow out around halfway in. Wish that element wasn't there so I could've finished!
