    I just did this workout for perhaps twentiest time! Being 165 cm and 60 kg I burned 565 calories.

    I love how Christa hasn't used the same moves in the 45 and 30 minute boxing videos! This challenged me but it was enjoyable throughout the whole workout!

    First time doing this workout. My clothes are SOAKED in sweat. Burned almost 700 calories, did a few modifications (mostly the push up section). I feel like an absolute BEAST!

    This workout was everything! My brain was working so hard I couldn’t even tell my heart rate was so high and that I was even tired! I burned around 500 calories!

    So when I started working out to this video I could literally only do the warm up and then maybe 5 more minutes and I was DEAD.
    Kept trying every other day until I could finish the whole thing and was so f-ing proud of myself.
    Guess what, today I did it and when they were about to do the cool down I changed to another video because I had some energy left in me 😁

    Omg this was so hard. I did 45 minutes then had to listen to my body and stop. But I'll be back to keep trying this workout until I complete it

      I stopped after about 30 minutes to take a quick break (rn while I am writing this) but now I am dizzy. Well I am sitting on the ground which probably was stupid and even more because I am sick, this is my first try and I got 2kg weights 😂

      What if my goal is fat loss, especially belly? I do HIIT and toning with weights more often than this kickboxing workout, but I think I need to melt some of the belly fat to reveal abs underneath. And I pair this with ab strength or total body strength for 20ish minutes. What do you think?

    Currently at 218 lb, coming back to this workout. It always reminds me that exercise is FUN and that my body is powerful, strong, and quicker than my negative self-talk says it is. Always a favourite! Thinking I'll kick-start my love of taking care of myself with this workout more often.

    Words cant describe how much I loveee this workout! ❤️❤️❤️ Ive been working out with Fitness Blender (who are also great) but needed a challenge since my workouts became a tad boring and repetitive, I found Christa and instantly became motivated to workout and sweat bullets again!

    Oh my word, love you Christa .....except, doing lunges at the end of a 1 hour cardio kickboxing was really hard. I usually find it not so bad, but this was “real bad” of you to make us do it near the end! I have done this workout a few times in the last few weeks.....really hope the “method to your madness” will be apparent for me soon because I’m sweating 😓 here! 😆😂🤣❤️🙏

    I have lost 20 pounds with this workout. I do it everyday and it is amazing 20 pounds!!!! I am eating low calories and high in protein, lots of vegetables!!!! Reduce sugar intake! I just have 10 pounds more to go and I gonna be in my dream weight!!! Instagram Lopezpage01 ❤️
