First time doing this workout. My clothes are SOAKED in sweat. Burned almost 700 calories, did a few modifications (mostly the push up section). I feel like an absolute BEAST!

I stopped after about 30 minutes to take a quick break (rn while I am writing this) but now I am dizzy. Well I am sitting on the ground which probably was stupid and even more because I am sick, this is my first try and I got 2kg weights 😂

I've tried so many workouts but it's always your two other boxing videos here that I always go back to. It burns so much than doing other HITT videos. I've so much love for you.
What if my goal is fat loss, especially belly? I do HIIT and toning with weights more often than this kickboxing workout, but I think I need to melt some of the belly fat to reveal abs underneath. And I pair this with ab strength or total body strength for 20ish minutes. What do you think?

I usually find it not so bad, but this was “real bad” of you to make us do it near the end! I added ankle weights and used three pound dumbbells for extra burn. So worth it! I love all of her workouts.
