Honestly Jake should lead all the workouts on this channel. They're all so challenging yet exciting at the same time! His workouts are the only ones that I actually get sore from. Other trainers' videos are rarely challenging enough.
Have you tried Anja Garcia’s workout on this channel? It is one of the hardest!!! She also has workouts on her instagram and she has conditioning programs on the paid fitness subscription service, Dailyburn.
SO,.....I tried this workout last week on Wednesday but couldnt get through the first 10 minutes and I am a very fit 35 year old girl. I workout 5-6 times a week. I was shook to say the least. However, I tried this again yesterday and lo and behold, I was able to get through it! My advise is you should attempt this workout after your rest day because you have more energy! I managed to complete it and burned 430 calories. I however had to pause and rewind a few moves because Jake can get abit too fast sometimes lol. But this is by far THEEEE best workout routine in here! Keep em coming!!
The warm-up is insane, I'm more used to FitnessBlender's type of warm-ups, so this one was very challenging. I absolutely love Jake's personality 😂 I had to take 4 additional breaks, especially during the legs and booty circuits, my muscles were BURNING.

Daniela Tarus I’m a fitness blender junkie too! I skipped out on a total body weight workout on their new Strong Program and did this instead. I think the FB workout would have been the easier one to do today! Lol! This was a great challenging burning workout!

I've been doing PopSugar workouts for several months - Anna, Raneir, and Kit mostly - and while all get my heartrate up and generate a good sweat, the body transformation has been most apparent this last month doing just Jake's workouts. An inch gone from my waist, 1/2" from each thigh, and almost 4 lbs lost! A health diagnosis 2 years ago affected my weight and energy (and morale) and this is the best I've looked and felt since my surgery to correct it.
I've been doing home fitness for 18 years. This is one of the most fun and intense workouts I have ever done, even with extensive modifications. Truly full-body, not a minute wasted. It hurts sooo good.

I tried to do one of his workouts several months ago and couldn’t. So happy I finished this one! Popsugar has helped me build up endurance and strength. I really liked the butt part of the workout. Using a weight on the leg was new to me and I’d like to incorporate his moves into my butt work. But, that was not a warmup. The video goes straight into cardio and is very fast paced for most of it going from one move to the next. My muscles felt tight and missed having a decent warm up. Also, I don’t like being lied to about how many reps I have left. I do like Jake and think he has great energy. I just don’t think this workout is for me based on the other popsugar workouts I do and what I’ve come to expect.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! It works the entire body yet is not too harsh on us older ladies! (I’m 51). So thank you Popsugar for having him as a guest!
Jake's workouts are the most intense and effective I have ever done! They are tougher for me then my kickboxing classes! I would love to see a one hour workout. Also, I think he should go on tour! So many fitness personalities are doing it these days. It would be soooo much fun.

Omg...the best workouts are with jake dupree...i have been doing workouts at the gym or at home for more than 10 yrs, still find this challenging. He makes it look so easy , fun and entertaining every time. Love it, i always keep coming back to his workouts, and now try to incorporate them more in my weekly routine.

Awesome workout. I see a bunch of comments asking about calories burned. I wore my heart rate monitor. Female, 120 pounds (calories burned depends to an extent on your weight) and I burned 298. Just FYI. I adore all of Jake’s workouts even if I do have to hit pause. More than once! Thanks!

I did it! I did most of it. I did the warm up exercises. Jake's jumping jacks, I did those. I did do the harder exercises, most of them, done. At the end, I did all the stretches. I do, therefore, I is.

This was BRUTAL!!! I was very sceptical about seeing this boy for the first time in the video, but I decided to give him a chance - and WOW1 I feel I will become a powerpopgirl if I manage to follow his rythm and all his steps. I will keep watching it and trying. OMG!
This workout is so hard. The first 15 minutes is "just the warmup" and I always think I'm gonna die. Jake is so fit and his pace is fast. I have yet to make it through the whole thing without pausing many times along the way. But I manage to make it! I never think I will, but I do!

While doing the warm up, I knew this was going to be a hella of ride but I pulled it through and made it till the end. It was the best feeling ever.

I can't believe that I just done this exercise, even though I didn't do some of it properly. As long as your trying and who cares if your doing it wrong. Practice doesn't make you perfect but it makes you better. Thanks and I'm gonna keep doing this as one of my exercise. Amazing! Not only for women but also for guys.
oh my goodness i was not prepared for that...or all those circles. i have done a lot of workout videos on youtube but this was like nothing else ive done. my whole body was shaking by the end. that warmup alone was brutal. i am definitely adding this into my regular rotation of workouts.
I thought this was a really well-done workout. We never stayed too long on any single move so if it was really hard or was something we didn't particularly like, we were moving on before there was time to give up or get bored. The fast pace made the time fly by! The instructors's uh huh, you're welcomes, and extras got a little repetitive but not a big deal. Great job

I can't believe that I just done this exercise, even though I didn't do some of it properly. As long as your trying and who cares if your doing it wrong. Practice doesn't make you perfect but it makes you better. Thanks and I'm gonna keep doing this as one of my exercise. Amazing! Not only for women but also for guys.

oh my goodness i was not prepared for that...or all those circles. i have done a lot of workout videos on youtube but this was like nothing else ive done. my whole body was shaking by the end. that warmup alone was brutal. i am definitely adding this into my regular rotation of workouts.

I thought this was a really well-done workout. We never stayed too long on any single move so if it was really hard or was something we didn't particularly like, we were moving on before there was time to give up or get bored. The fast pace made the time fly by! The instructors's uh huh, you're welcomes, and extras got a little repetitive but not a big deal. Great job
