For me, This stuff is life changing. 76 years old I’m about on bottle 5 and the label dose now seems to strong so I stay at 1/2 or even skip a day. I used to find myself lost in my own kitchen! That went away quickly and my horrible hateful mood has relaxed and I’m improving everywhere else.

i was looking for a natural supplement instead of taking duloxetine as prescribed by my neurologist for migraines and neuropathy issues, and after watching videos on the side effects on the duloxetine, i dived deep for a natural way. And i noticed a huge difference in taking Magnesium l threonate, its helps it sleep, relaxes my muscles and im experiencing less nerve issues. Not only that but i feel so much clearer in my head then before.

It's puzzling that he says he cannot discuss dosages because: (1) he does exactly that in his YT presentation on Mg threonate of a couple years ago, (2) other physicians on YT do so, and (3) he could discuss dosages considered as the RDA and the the tolerable upper intake level (UL) established by medical and research enterprises. He could then make suggestions within those limits. Oh, well.

    Great points Doc!
With your permission may I add some of what I know from yrs of taking natural medicine and supplements the smart way!
A human being after heading 20yrs it's started down heal specially if the person it's not paying close attention to health care.
The Law of yhe human body to maintain a dignified quality of great health.
Needs to start paying attention to what's going on with the body, at the age of 40 anyone needs to start supplements, minerals and vitamins.
You have to take ,following the rules of minerals,
Potassium, magnesium, and zinc they have to be together in order for them to do their job.
It's like water oil and gasoline for a car so it's your body needs energy to keep on going.
Another thing that no one it's talking about your Adrenals Hormones one in particular it's the hormone called
ALDOSTERONE,she's she balanced the levels of SALT & POTASSIUM in the body, and controls
THE BLOOD PRESSURE!!! THATS WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE ADRRES WHEN SOMEONE shows up with high blood pressure.
Also there is about 29 different MAGNESIUM! and yes you are so right we need to do our homework. Same thing is the Potassium it's different type for each nesecity of the individual. Same as zinc.
Like for me I take Potassium Asporotate, this is for the heart, as well magnesium Asporotate,
Zinc w/copper with pumpkin seed, great for immune system.
I really appreciate and enjoy your teaching, great job!!! Thanks for making this Earth a better place to be with your AMAZING TEACHING 👏 ❤️ MANY BLESSINGS!!!
