  • cbradiomagazin... - This vintage meter just has a ton of features packed into a small box. The accuracy is a slight bit off but a fun meter nonetheless and could be useful for the right person. Also marketed as the Rama 250 FC and Altai PDC 1000. Manual - ibb.co/B3rX0w5 Altai Manual Link - tiedostot.cbha...

Would have loved to have had one of the units "back in the day", although I'm sure it was pricey...nice find!

Great video as usual, I have the same meter but it has a different name.
Mine is called a Land Matric LM830.
Mine read's power as 1watt, 10watts and 100watts but other wise it's the same.
I think these had a brand name of TriStar as well.
Look forward to seeing your next video

I have the same device from another brand called "CB-Master 250FC" and it has also the steps 1W/10W/100W. I bought it here in Germany in the late 80s.

Hello, thank you for this video. I have the same device under another brand.
In reception mode, the frequency meter does not stop moving, indicating any frequency varying constantly from approximately 3 to 8 MHz.
It's tiring on the eyes. In transmission, the frequency displayed is good.
Do you know how to have zero displayed in reception mode? THANKS
