Manhattan is my #1 cocktail. I use Rittenhouse and Cocci di Torino. If you like a Last Word, I would try an industry sour, that is my favorite sour style cocktail
Happy belated/early Birthday 🎂 🎉 ! Celebrating for a week with a video. I guess I have a much worse controversy I build my Manhattan over fridge ice with a local sweet vermouth (on par with carpano) local rye (Canadian) whisky 🥃 and any of the 100s of bitters I have. Lately it’s been a barrel aged apple bitters. As for my favourite classic impossible to pick would be a mood/season thing.
