This is just what I needed today. 35 years old and I feel like I am on the brink of a stress induced heart attack. I am so grateful to have found this channel and appreciate this message so much. Thank you for making these videos. I understand it takes time. They really help. I unfortunately suffer from PTSD, you can probably understand it makes me jerk at any load noise that I don't expect. The doctors want me on antidepressants, but I refused because I have seen what they have done to others. The did convince me to take xanax twice a day. It helps to calm ne down and at night to sleep.

Thank you very much I've been very anxious since my dad got diagnosed with cancer fearing his death, my own and all my loved ones. I have not been able to sleep and feel like I can't breath. I know we are all headed there but it has me on edge lately please pray for me.
I'm praying with you, my dad was just diagnosed with end stage liver disease. I'm so scared...I don't want to lose my dad 😢 I'm so anxious and can't sleep, I'm rapidly losing weight from the stress. 🙏 I hope things get better for you 🤗
