It’s true. Reading the word of God will change your body. It’s amazingly simple.
i suffer from Hypertention Anxiety disorder and PTSD my heart is not in best of health and i have very high blood pressure' but there are just some things about the truth in the bible that gives me Anxiety like the Lake of Fire terrifies me' and Jesus saying for i never knew you depart from me' when i hear these verses about Hell i get panic attacks am i the only one? i cant even watch video testimonies about HELL it will cuase me sever health issues.

I'm struggling with health anxiety. I'm trying to trust God and the doctors. I'm desperately praying I heal.
I promise you’ll be ok, trust in god. I have panic attacks almost every day, sometimes I can’t even eat, I cry, I get light headed, etc. I’m still here though. Just remember, this too will pass. I don’t pray nearly as much as I should. I need to work on that, because it does help.
I have bipola low levels anxiety and my brain injuries from sports are causesing memory loss . Lets come into a agreement God is good loving and cares for us. Lets joyfully make a decion to thank Him God for all that He has done. In Jesus name
Look to the Healer Jesus not so much on the healing. He will give you strength thru the valley of shadow of death because He is with You. To simply know that despite yr pain is a great comfort
Pray everyday and train the mind to let go of things we cannot control.

I am an autistic woman level 2 battling very strong panic atracks and cronic anxiety. I am a Christian and I know God is in control..sometimes I get so beat down by the panic I just feel so far from the Lord..I need to remember these verses. Thank you. You're right. I think it happens to all of us and all the time. ~But it's just a "intimate fight" we should NOT stop fighting. ~Because in a material fallen world our spiritual godly identity don't comes out naturally. We have to strongly excersice Our Free Will like in any war!
Meditate on the scriptures and believe the scriptures imspite
of the contradictory circumstances.
Who do you trust more. God or yourself. You have to cast down imaginations amd every high thing that exalts itself above the knowledge of God.
Walking with God is just trusting Him even sometimes when you dont understand. Make that choice to trust Him.and pray too...Go to His word concerning whatever situation you are going through and quote His word back to Him and say God you said this and you said that...and when you pray believe it. Then after, when the enemy causes you to doubt, go back to the word and quote the scripture in your mind and aloud if you have to.
It really works...it may not be immediate but with time you will realise it does.
That is what i do and it works all the time for me...
The only part of God we can see physically is His word and He says He is His word. He also said He watches over His word to perform it..So trusting and believing God is trusting and believing His word.

Yes, that is true in my life too. An important aspect is exchanging the anxiety for something else, it's called reciprocal inhibition. Dr. Marcum was spot on in the Scriptures he chose. We don't just stop worrying because we will it to happen, we need to exchange our anxious frame of mind and replace with thankfulness and praise. It's definitely not a one-time action.

He has helped me overcome anxiety and panic disorder about 15 years ago. Now I have it again. I'm going to turn to Him again to help overcome it like he helped before.

Hi this was awesome! I loved it. Ive been struggling all my life with severe anxiety and depression.
This is the kind of teaching that can actually break the power of anxiety and depression. The (literately) damned anxiety and depression are ultimately caused by something we are saying to ourselves in our minds.. Words. It all starts with words; even creation was made by God's Word.... Our words we say to ourselves is like the codes in a software program. The chemicals, the hormones are released as a direct command from what we have said in our mind. We can raise the shield of faith and say:"NO! I will not accept anxiety and depression!" We can pray and thank God and be grateful and the these good words released will lead to release of chemicals and hormones that brings healing, health, joy and peace!
Same here. I have anxiety and depression horribly now. I get panic attacks bad. I am turning to Him as a big part of my therapy.

I have not been very good at this at many points in my life, but I know it to be true.

I had a massive heart attack ((STEMI)) in March and my anxiety has been through the roof, if my blood pressure gets even remotely close to 140/90, I freak out and if my heart rate goes over 85, again, I freak out.. I had a stent place , I do have another one ((LCX)) that is at 70 percent but being treated with meds... I just want to say thank you again for this... It helps a ton.. God bless you Doctor...

I have seen family members go through cancer treatment and the pain it causes. Because of this I have a big fear of getting cancer and having to experience the pain that goes with it.

Stomach problems are behind a lot of anxiety. What causes nervous stomach is eating acidic foods, foods with caffeine, foods with a lot of nasty chemicals like MSG, etc. Also, low magnesium and low bismuth levels cause anxiety. Low vitamin B levels are causes too.
Foods with MSG make me hyper. Pepto-Bismol has been a nice Valium for me.

I've been very anxious about my health
Going to the ER because my anxiety has had me believing I'm dying.
Crying, tingling head rapid heartbeat and headache
Just freaking out
I'm listening to Scripture
Started walking
Trying to calm down.
I walked away from Jesus when my papa went home to be with our Lord.
That was a huge mistake.
I asked Jesus to please forgive me and to come into my life and heart and save me from myself.
I was diagnosed with gastritis
But Google searches had me convinced I had colon and ovarian cancer 🥴

I'm a widow and I've had generalized anxiety disorder my entire life. Since my husband died 5 years ago I've bounced around from my own apartments to my adult children's couches. I can't seem to earn enough money to put a roof over my head. Lately the anxiety has been unbearable. I'm about to go and get back on anti anxiety meds and I don't want to. I've suffered my share of tragedy since birth and I don't understand why life is so hard for some of us. I'm praying the lord will show me how to live with peace in my heart. I don't expect to be happy but just take this panic/anxiety away from me.

I wish the same, I don’t want to be here anymore! I want to be with Jesus, feel His love and peace . I was praying with all my heart and my soul that I want to die to be with Him.
I need prayer very badly. I live in chronic pain and severe illness for many years. I sometimes think about ending it all. I can not believe I think this way. I need surgeries and time off from my farm to be able to recover but I need money for all this, can anyone help me please. I am a born again Christian and I have tithed for the past 22 years and I am so confused why I am struggling to make ends meet and suffer from chronic illness when I have honored him like this with my finances. I have prayed so much already. The first 5 years of me tithing is was a big miracle at the blessings, but the past 17 have not been over flow blessings. I would be happy with just not being sick and scraping by I would be thrilled.

I sometimes and this has been the case for years,have trouble getting a good nights rest, my spiritual life is not what it should be ,i need to hear these type of messages, have disappointments in my life that i still wrestle with especially centered around past stupid & bad choices, stress can lead to illness, so i exercise constantly and am on a quest to get healthy, i need to leave it all at Jesus’s feet, and be in the Word more this world is not my home, I’m better than i used to be, asking for God’s guidance & direction!
