    ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ if you’re going to leave the peel on your ginger remember to soak it first there’s a really bad pesticide on it that you need to remove I didn’t know this till about a year ago!

      @@ayshas288 ginger causes your body heat to increase. Ginger is widely used in everyday Indian cooking but is usually added in small quantities to derive maximum benefits. A small cube of ginger boiled with water along with lemon and turmeric with fennel is normally consumed on empty stomach first thing morning. Large quantities of ginger can do more harm than good to one's system - it's all about balance.

    A tip for you when making ginger. Blend the Ginger and strain separately, add some freshly cut lemon juice and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes to allow the sediments and Starch to settle underneath. Strain again but this time just the clear liquid and the rest can be thrown or converted to STARCH. Same with turmeric

    • @creamteamsound
      @creamteamsound 6 місяців тому

      It might be coagulating because there is starch in ginger. You might try and blend the ginger 1st, pour it into a glass, let it sit for 10 minutes. The starch will sink to the bottom of the glass (in a thick layer). You can then pour the ginger back in the blender. The starch will stay at the bottom of the glass. you can then continue adding everything else. This might stop it from coagulating when cooled down.

      sorry for my bad English. But concentrated ginger juice is acidic .. should be consumed in limited amount. When I usually have it as part of home remedies in ayurveda , one tablespoon is what an adult have. For children it's much less.
      There is limit depending upon if we add some other ingredients. My mother usually adds drops of honey to it . When we were children those two ingredients would be taken in equal amount. It's excellent for stomach indigestion related problems.
      If it's diluted with water , amount can change. But have never seen water being added. Other ingredients are used to sort of decrease acidity.
      Depends on for what cause , age etc atleast according to Ayurveda.
      Just because something is good it shouldn't be taken in large amounts..it will have negative effects on body.
      Don't know rules for other parts of world. This is how we have it in our region.

    There is so much misinformation going on in these comments (someone said it’s bad for high blood pressure wtf) that it almost seems as if there’s an anti-ginger propaganda happening, so random.

    All this is good and all, but you could dilute it for safety. Too much ginger and turmeric can cause early periods and miscarriages in some cases too. High doses can cause heartburn and diaharrea and stomach discomfort too. Don't take it too much if you have diabetes, high blood pressure or are taking blood thining medicines
