Question ladies. Id really like your opinion. My gf is petite. Her hand and fingers are very slim. I’m trying to decide what size and budget. After seeing this I think a .70 is the perfect size and May even look to big on her. Do you ladies like having a large stone even tho your finger may be very small Or do you prefer smaller size rock for everyday wear with no worries? I feel like the bigger the rock on a slim petite finger may look too obnoxious and out of place. This may be just the guy brain thinking so a woman’s perspective would be appreciated. This is exactly the issue I had when looking for rings. I went into a shop with my partner just to try a 1 carat ring as I wasn’t sure and thought it might be too big. I was right. I tried on a .74 ring instead and I felt like this suited my hand more and I loved it. It didn’t look too protruding on my finger compared to the 1 carat.

Maybe I can help you as well. I always thought that 1 ct is the one until I recently tried one on-that was important for me before deciding on what I really want to wear the rest of my life. I also have very fine fingers and small hands so for me the best option would be something around 0,6-,0, 62 ct. But it also depends on the stone you want to get. If you get an elongated cushion/radiant I won't go up with the carat size, maybe also consider 0.5ct☺️ Oh and also go with a fine band like 1,5mm, it looks sooooo fine and elegant. Good luck!
