Before you do it make sure time shows on the chrome book is wrong . If you would leave it for few weeks while chrome book has no charge means empty battey it will make the time wrong after you turn it back on . Again concert the hot spot and then just follow my video . That’s all . It may not work in some cases .
@@latishamurray3200 because any Adminstrator on your laptop sends the info to the WiFi box so once you connect it will just send all the info back to the same laptop because it recognises the same laptop

Your must let the chrome die first , after that few days later you must see date is wrong after turn it back on . Then do the hard reset and never connect to the internet through Wi-Fi but hot phone spot only . Then just follow the next Norman steps . It must work
