Whatever is stored locally yes . If you have photos, documents etc on google cloud it won’t delete those .

Does local data of my Chromebook include all of the apps i downloaded? I can't just loose them, some of them cost money to be used
I changed my password one month ago and my Chromebook asked me to log in there by using both new and old password. Luckily back then it wasn't a problem, but then i completely forgot tge new password and changed it again. Hence my Chromebook asks me to log in once again, but I have no clue what my previous password was
Is there any chance that my apps and stuff inside them will be saved???? There are so many unfinished projects, i can't loose them all😭😭

This will factory reset it and make chromebook as it was when it was new. So whatever you had stored locally on hard drive will be gone . Whatever u had stored on cloud like google drive it will still be there .
