Hi Trish!! This was done this morning, and it was a little tough, not all of it, but did it!! Felt good to stretch out the body!! I tweaked my back Saturday so I put my back brace on, and felt better. Physical therapy today to strengthen the groin and upper legs. Thanks for all you do for us Trish!! ❤🙌🏻💪🏻🌺❤️

Hi Trish, Happy Monday and Happy November! Thank you for this great strength workout! I loved all of the exercises and used a variety of weights from 4-10 lbs. I had to drop down for the lateral arm raises and I had to do the floor push up on my knees, but I did it. It felt great! Thank you so much! I hope you and your family had a good weekend. Ours was very nice. We did errands, shopping and some cooking for the week on Saturday, and then I watched the grandkids yesterday (so I got out of yard work, lol). The lateral raises were VERY challenging. I was really feeling the burn with that exercise. Great job using the modifications for the commando push up. It's always the bodyweight exercises that are so tough!! We had a lovely relaxing weekend. I visited my mom on Saturday and yesterday I went out for a long winter walk. The temperatures are still unusually mild for the time of the year. It's still too warm for hats and gloves. I am glad that you had a nice weekend spending time with your family. Woo… this was a super-sizzler, Trish! 🔥🔥😅🔥🔥 I did it, but it was tough… this one really worked us! 💪 I did have to modify the burpee variation, as I’m having some tendinitis flair up in my wrists/hands again, and that particular move just wasn’t going!! 😂 (I hope,ding the dumbbells is Ok, but pressure on the writs, not so much just now.) I did slow “girl” knee pushups with breaks between dips. But did the workout… Showing up is step one of the “battle,” right?! 😆 Happy Day to you & yours! 🍁 OX- Tracy B. 💜
@tracysnordiclight Hello Tracy. This was a challenging workout right from the start!! I really felt the shoulders burning during the first exercise. I thought I might not last the time and have to switch weights. The second round I felt much stronger. I am sorry to hear that your wrist tendinitis has flared up again. I don't think the colder temperatures help our muscles or joints during the winter months. Those girl push ups are still really tough!! Great job including those! 💪💪You are so right. @ You’re right, Trish… the colder climate we live in doesn’t exactly help the tendinitis problem! 😂 I’ve been having little flair ups since the temps began really changing since October. I have some special therapy gloves I can use while I do most things (not cooking though), and and hand braces to wear at night (no fun, but it helps)… so little things to help. I’m working on knitting a pair of fingerless mitts for the co,dest days-they will be happening soon here! ☺️❄️ OX-T 💜

@stephaneferreol1665 Hello Katie. I was contemplating using a lighter pair of dumbbells for the first exercise. I was really struggling with the first two! Round two was a little easier. My muscles and nervous system were much more in tune with the moves. If you want to improve your strength and increase your weights with certain exercises a good idea is to do a few reps with your heavier weights of that particular exercise. This introduces the move to your body but nice and slowly. You can do this at the end if a strength or cardio session for about 10 minutes. After so many weeks, you will be able to use your heavier weights for the whole time allocated to the move. Thank you for your message. Best wishes 🩷💕
