Terrence has to have the most amazingly aesthetic set of Teres muscles I've ever seen
That tricep pushdown using the weighted assist machine at the very end of the video is the most unique exercise I've seen in a while! Thank goodness for the uploads John churned out over the years.
Me: Shit, even an Olympian had a hard time with John's brutal workouts.

I've been using the assisted dip machine a lot lately on push days. I've tried doing similar to the diamond push up trying to hit triceps but seem to feel it more in my shoulders. I'm glad you showed to use the medicine ball, hoping that gives the position I've been needing.

@@ANtr431 minnesota they closed everything last week again. If masks worked then why are they closing everything again? I'm 62 if I'm going to get it it will come from work. I work at walmart.

I feel your pain, Robin. I go to the Anytime Fitness in Bloomington and miss it terribly. I was half way done with the Warlock program when gyms closed again.
Jayzz ... Terrence got muscles on his muscles. Crazy thickness. And the look on his face after that 2nd heavy set of DB presses ... John doesn't count the 1st set out of the hole. He actually got 9, not 8, then John tells him to stay on the bench ... gonna get the 100s. LoL.
Pro bodybuilders on a bro split getting a hellacious pump at the powerlifting mecca - so much for intra strength sport hate. Speaking of elitefts, ordered a batch of bands on Thanksgiving, they shipped Black Friday (free), UPS says they'll be here by the end of the day Tuesday. Pretty good service, I'd say. Only downside, they were out of the elbow sleeves in my size. Hopefully they'll be restocked soon.

Going to try those incline bar. Bought the elitefts pad for shoulder saver. Works great for flat bar

Hi John, with the Holidays upon us, and generally a time when people cut lose and eat everything in sight, would love a video on how to enjoy yourself abit more, but with out derailing all the hardwork up to this point. Am currently in a deficit trying to bring the BF down. There are a few vidoes out now on youtube, but would love to hear your advise. Possible fasting days, limited kcal days prior to big feed days etc?

Mr M. How do you feel about the DY Blood and guts stuff, low volume but heavy a** weight, mostly 1-2 warm ups and 1 working set. I see similarities with your methodology here, but with less volume.

Why do you put pull exercice in both olympian push workout? Is it to create a balance or to target and reinforce the muscle solicitated in the compound movement?

You can't have all moves and variations. You'd be working out for hours and hours. It's not productive. He hit all muscles in the way he needed to for this workout.
How do you build muscle in space if there's no gravity to lift weights?

3 weeks out, he def. lost a lot of strenght. As a natural you will lose much more strenght tho

Real question: Why did you have Terence do a partial range on the rear Delt exercise instead of going down in weight for a fuller range of motion?
we had done full range of motion on exercise before that..this was to keep constant tension over high reps..
When our gym is open we're not aloud to drop the weights. They closed our gyms again. I guess I'm going to have to start on my virus proof gym again. Hopefully my gym will open back up. I have a welder but not the room

according to leg workout I was just watching from Jon, about 3 minutes until he feels fairly recovered muscle and breathing wise

Never understood the whole weight dropping thing. Makes me feel like a biscuit bish if I can't handle the dumbbells I'm using
At times when the muscles are so fatigued from all the drop sets, just drop em I say. Better than getting injured. I usually only drop on dead lifts. Not risking my back trying to put heavy weight down all perfect and slow.
