    Alhamdulillah namaz mei ye sab exercise aajati hai..Mere ko bhi l4 l5 s1 s2 mei takleef hai and l4 mei to 4.7 ho gayi hai but namaz se bohat faayda ho gyaa hai

    Hi I have terrible pain in my lower back & left leg after MRI found out disc, prolapse on L5S1 the pain is unbearable while sitting standing & walking, even after 5 mins walking I get unconscious, I go to chiropractor she just give me massage which doesn’t relief my pain, really need help if u could help me wil be thankful 🙏

    Sir mera mri report mein aya hai ki circumferential bulge causing indentation of thecal sac without significant nerve root compression. Mild scoliotic curvature towards left. Secondary to muscle spasms. And mild l4 l5s1 dehydrated changes.

    3 months Symptoms= sharp pain on forward bending and pain radiating to hamstring and calf after half an hour standing and sitting with rarely tingling
    Muscle tone good,no problem in urination
    MRI==Desication, diffuse disc bulge eccentric to left l5-s1 mild narrowing the spinal canal(10.4mm) and encroaching the bilateral neural foramina (left>right) resulting in mild compression in left exiting and trasversing nerve root and abetment on right exiting and traversing nerve root
    Mild facet joint arthropathy at l5-s1.
    Which exercise should i do extension or flexion?

    Bhai 5 din mein kuch nahi hota. You will need to do exercises for at least one month to see some improvement. But for some people exercises can make pain worse. So please consult your doctor or expert physiotherapist who is specialised in treating disc bulges and herniations before performing any kind of exercise.

    Sir ji mujhe L4 L5 S1 ka problem hai.m r i.report nikala hu to doctar sir ne bataya ki disc 13mm khiska hua hai sir please koi upaye bataye may bahut pareshan hu . Hamara age 38 hai aur vajan 63 aur 2 2 years se sir problem hai hai
