    Perfect for me, the short but HIIT format, clear instructions and timing, and empathy and encouragement in your delivery really helped me. I'm not a very naturally active person but I'm trying and this format is really helpful. Thank you!

    I don't know what to do. I just found this channel today. I started exercising a few weeks ago doing dance sessions every morning. Nothing major. But after less than two weeks, I stopped. I would like to get fully fit. But I'm 30lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I can't even do one push up or pull up.
