    This is such a great message. I was an addict/alcoholic for 20 years and that is exactly what I would do. As soon as I had a feeling i would use. Feelings were my enemy. Until I changed my thinking and self talk, found better coping mechanisms, and turned to God it was a constant spiral. Thankyou I needed to hear this

    I’m a therapist and teach this stuff , yet when it comes to food addiction I struggle so much. 😞

      WE ARE ALL ADDICTs dont feel bad,, find alternative drugs,, thats the only way to sober up,, YOU MUST REPLACE
      YOU CANT JUST GET RID OF STUFF,, IT MUST BE REPLACEd by something else of (almost same equal value you cant feel Prived OR IT WONT WORK) with better addictions

    Yes!!! thank you for this!! exactly my struggle!!! I have recently been diagnosed with prediabetes and decided to start making your green smoothy!! I am having 2 a day and cleaning up the rest of my diet! I hope to reverse the insulin resistance and lose weight and heal my skin!!! and my mom is doing the smoothies now too!!

    Dear dr Goldner thank you so much for your wisdom and guidance to health , I have seen great benefits regarding my menstrual cycle I don’t bleed excessively, my blood flow is normal again like when I was 20 and now I am 49 !!! I can’t thank you enough!! I have been following the GBLP for the last 2 months!!

    Have known for a bunch of years that green smoothies help curb my cravings. On the whole, GAIP eliminates my main addictive food cravings, although some other cravings replaced it.

    ya your daily short videos is insanely genius i thought a long time ago when i learned you were doing this,, wanted to kno wtf she doing those? well,, i keep cklicing when they short videos and it helps,, long ones very hard to go through tho,, Q AND A INSANELy brilliant but i still didnt finish two of yours lol too much to,,, take time to think about it,, and so much info goes too easily through (ugh the "too much info" all the time issue)

      SOYA ROOTIE roasted soy salted and none salted mixed together amazing no fat little (like nuts) no fat no sugar and doesnt rot moist fills up kinda pretty good too

      Because she’s healed such a long time she can eat foods a bit differently to those of us who still need to heal, so following her daily diet wouldn’t necessarily help us. In this case ‘do as I say & not as I do’ really makes all the difference. She gives plenty of advice on what we need to be doing in order to heal, in her videos.
      Her protocol will help reverse fatty liver if you stick with it, but you do need to be very disciplined or it won’t work. Hence all the little motivation videos like this one.
