Saw Death in Athens/Greece in 1998. I wasn’t really realising what I was witnessing, since it was their(his) last tour ever. I knew the band and the songs of course and I was a huge fan already (18 years old) but it wouldn’t cross my mind that he would pass 3 years later. He looked so young and healthy. Hello from Greece here. At what location did the gig take place?I know that for Death's summer tour in '98 Greece was one of their final stations and they held 2 lives in our country , the first was in Athens and the second one was in Thessaloniki. I also recommend a technical Death Metal band like Death , they're called Nile. Their drummer is also from Greece , George Kollias and honestly he's a beast among many in the drummer world.
Seen Death 4X over the years. Got to meet Chuck on SOP Tour. He was a wonderful soul who will not be forgotten. I wish I could hear Death for the first time again. The musicianship really stepped up after Human forward. Chuck definitely surrounded himself with top shelf musicians.
Saw Death live in 1992 Human album tour, still my favorite concert. Im very happy i saw them live since the mainman and only constant member of Death Chuck Schuldiner passed away just 37 years old in 2001. Some of his bandmembers play Death songs live under the name DTA(death to all)
Gotta say your musical intuition and 'awareness' are quite impressive. I need several listening to really get what is going on in a song. Really impressed. Many bands I'd recommend, but I really would love your take on Tool.

Symbolic is definitely and in my opinion the best metal album ever made... the riffs, solos, vocals, drums, and the philosophy behind the lyrics... come on man, Chuck was THE genius of Death metal... I enjoyed a lot of your reactions, waiting part 2!!
How come everyone doesn't mention the first Death releases, scream bloody gore, leprosy, spiritual healing, fkn masterpieces in death metal beginnings, this band and possessed,,both titled the grandfather's of death metal,I bought these on l.p. soon as it hit the shelves, later releases are good ,but, you need to hear where it comes from,Rip Chuck 🤘🤘
You mentioned what's the metal scene like in Florida... it's worth noting that Tampa, FL is basically where death metal was born. Tampa is death metal holy ground. Pretty much all the biggest names in death metal are from Florida. If you want to see some of their drumming in action, look for Sean Reinert, Richard Christy, and Gene Hoglan drum cam videos. Richard Christy is a MACHINE. Gene Hoglan makes it look effortless and easy. Sean Reinert is just legendary.
This is so interesting to learn. Thank you for taking the time and sharing, I really appreciate it. I was starting to notice a lot of metal bands I would look up would be tied to Tampa, which I never would have thought. When I think Florida I don't think death metal holy ground. There's obviously something special there. I'm thinking about doing a deep dive into the origin of metal just because I'm curious. Maybe make it a several part series, idk. I'll definitely check out your recommendations! Thanks for watching!
There is a great video on UA-cam about Death and Chuck. One nicest people in the metal scene which makes his passing even harder to handle. Everyone misses Chuck.
I remember being in 8th grade (2003) and getting a ride from my friend’s older sister, she grabs a cd (SOP) puts it in, turns on full fucking blast and I hear the craziest drum intro in my life. Became a death fan from the moment. Precious memories!
Be'Lakor is a band you should check out. A melodic death metal band from Australia. Very much story driven with lots of melodic sections. Easily one of the best metal bands I have ever heard in a really long time. Their new album "coherence" came out late last year and it is amazing. Songs like "Valence", "Locus", and "Foothold". And then on their previous record called "Vessels" there are songs like "Smoke Of Many Fires" and "An Embers Arc". You won't be disappointed.
My favorite band, you should do "Lack of Comprehension" Sean and Paul were in the band Cynic and were heavily jazz influenced, you can hear it in their music. I did not see Chuck, but went to two of the Death to All shows and hung out with the band, great dudes for sure! I would also recommend Atheist-An incarnation dream. Cynic-Veil of Maya. The tambourine sound is actually two approximate 8" splash cymbals hit in conjunction.
One of my favourite Metal Bands ever!!! rest in Peace Schuck.....because of him i learned to play Guitar^^ Every Album and every Song is great, this Man was a Genius in Composing and pick the right musicians... Every Album is different and special and i love Individual Thought Patterns the Contra Bass is so great. Greetings from Germany
So glad that you liked Death 🖤 , great reaction! , it would be great a second part reacting to more Death songs ;) xd Maybe you could react to these songs : Pull The Plug Within The Mind Secret Face Cosmic Sea Trapped In A Corner Destiny thank u 🖤🤘
Yes!!! I really want to! Thank you for recommending Death. Thinking of other ways I can react to stuff - maybe live streaming/other social media's. Sooo happy to have heard this band
The original mix of Symbolic from 1995 is that good… i don’t think I would be able to tell it apart fron the remastered version, especially on spotify. Just phenomenal work. The previous albums had a more raw feel to them, and the last album was kind of a step back sound wise, the high frequencies seem overly exaggerated, and the lows are a bit muddled. But symbolic is peak 90s metal mix
Welcome to death by far the godfathers of death metal and certain genres brutal albums I'm glad you enjoyed it very underestimated band from some people in the community of a metal most of the time they go into the radar way too easily
I absolutely love this band. Death is by far my favorite death metal band and they're now in my top like 5 artists of all time. Never thought that would happen 😂 Thanks so much for watching!
Chuck was a true artist. Each subsequent album, such evolution in musicality. Every time. There is nobody, and I mean NOBODY in the industry that has a single negative thing to say about him. Drummer, Richard Christy, went on to the Howard Stern Show after his best friend Chuck's passing, and has been getting paid to prank call people for the past ~20 years. Legend. Nicest guy. Extremely humble. He does gigs from time to time with his side band. Very approachable. Dude gets really into talking drum technique and theory. Only drummer I won't bother learning. Too advanced, takes too long to learn. The guy is too good, and he thinks Lars is the best drummer of all time. Again, nicest guy!
IMO Death Best album is Human and 2nd place is Spiritual Healing. This is mostly due to seamless transitions and Chucks voice which it’s more growl than screaming.
The natural progression after listening to Death will always be straight into Opeth. Might I suggest 'Serenity Painted Death' from the Still Life album? Or 'Baying of the Hounds' from the Ghost Reveries album. You can't start a metal journey without atleast stopping by Opeth. Just whatever you do don't listen to the countless comments that will say "watch the live vid". Stick to studio tracks. The reason they'll say the live version is better is because they've heard the studio versions to death and it's a new flavour hearing them live. Opeth are one of those bands, once they hook into you, they never leave.
Thank you for your recommendations! I am definitely going to do a reaction to Opeth very soon. I've gotten a few suggestions for them. I'll also take your song recommendations too for the video. If Opeth is anything like Death.... I might not be emotionally prepared lol. I can't get enough of Death. Thank you so much for watching and for commenting! I really appreciate it
@@imaKaiya opeth is so good, I would love if you did them, still life album is really good, I love the moor and white cluster, I also love ghost reveries, I really like ghost of perdition, beneath the mire, and the baying of the hounds
I've listened to a lot of bands and there's nothing like Death. You're lucky to be able to hear them for the first time. If you like Death you have to listen to Gojira. I recommend you Oroborus, The gift of guilt, Amazonia, Silvera and Flying Whales for example. Actually, any song of theirs is good 🙂
By the time albums like "Symbolic" and "The Sound of Perseverance" came around, Chuck Schuldiner's voice became more screechy. His voice had more body and less screech to it on albums like "Human" (which comes before the aforementioned albums in their discography) and before. "Human" is a really great album from Death. It's the album they really started bringing in the Technical Progressive element in the music then took it further on subsequent albums. Working with insane musicians like Sean Reinert (drums) and Steve DiGiorgio (bassist) Chuck has worked with the best of the best in Death. Chuck also played guitar in the band and was amazing at it as you can hear. Check out "Human" and "Individual Thought Patterns" as well. Two absolutely phenomenal albums.
I just saw this and your Opeth/Cannibal Corpse/Imperial Triumphant reactions. So cool to see someone so open minded to a genre they didn't know, and how far you've come since! I'd definitely recommend Blotted Science (The Machinations of Dementia - Alex Webster from Cannibal Corpse on bass!), Cynic (any album, honestly), Ulcerate (Stare Into Death And Be Still), and Dodecahedron (either their self-titled debut or Kwintessens) if you don't know them. Ulcerate also have a new album out soon which I'm hyped for!
It appears that the material recommended to hear is from death's latter offerings, where they really were pushing the boundaries between metal and Progressive music. The band's founder Chuck Schuldiner rest in peace was the progenitor of contemporary death metal, attention early on in the mid-80s. He lamented genres limitations vocally even though he had been such a formative example of how guttural vocals were executed set against this kind of extreme music. Thus he kept incorporating more and more guitar harmonies and Melody into his work in lieu of what the vocals could not deliver melodically. He did have another band towards the end of his life called control denied that was firmly rooted in power metal of the classic sense that that's a wearing an Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, style influencer very proudly. He is so missed why all of us in the middle community, and it's great to see that his music still has the capacity to bring in new fans. Once again your attention to detail and intuitive deep dives into the material as well as the production aspects are simply kick ass. I'm going to track down that email and see if I can name you towards some of the music that influenced the guys in death and Morbid Angel Etc... I think no art exist in a vacuum and we all stand on the shoulders of the Giants that preceded us. I think you seem the kind of person that would appreciate the lineage in history of this music. Tears. M.
do you want to continue with more death metal or just metal in general? because I'm starting to notice in the comments recommendations from a lot of random bands
I am more than down to do more death metal as well as any other kinds of metal or out of the box bands in general. I'm looking for not your typical bands - funky/weird/cool costumes, production, live performances etc.
@@imaKaiya I like that you say it, most of the channels are just stubborn in reacting to the musical mainstream, live videos and honestly the essence of listening to a good studio album made by bands such as Death is lost a bit. I don't want to recommend you bands because otherwise I'll get petty with this or that; you are doing a good job, I like your videos, there are very few channels like yours ^^
Chucks 8 albums should be experienced by everyone. You hear a boy become a man. Albums just brutal fast thrashy death metal about b horror movie goofiness to songs dwelling on mortality. All 8 albums. Front to back. Every metal head owes it to themselves
More bangers like these for the part 2 would be like; Empty words Zero tolerance Pull the plug The philosopher Spirit crusher Lack of Comprehension Literally the perfect band. RIP Chuck
great genuine reaction to a great album! I've had the death logo tattoo for almost 15 years now! my suggestions if you like weird mr bungle - carousel primus - mr krinkle acid bath - toubabo koomi if you want to see some amazing drumming Mgła - Exercises in Futility V - Darkside Brutal Assault 2019 (Drum Cam)
That is cool that you have it tattooed! Their logo is sickk. I'm a huge collector of cassettes and CD's, so I'm looking into buying like their entire discography now haha. Thank you for your recommendations also! I will definitely check them. I appreciate you watching!
Awesome review. A video with a song from each album would show their incredibly progressive style. They’re all significantly different. He started out with a kinda stereotypical death metal that most people know and continued to evolve into more intricate music. Beyond the unholy grave, pull the plug, spiritual healing, lack of comprehension, the philosopher and story to tell would be a great order to see how they progressed.
The drummer on Symbolic is regarded as one of the most important/best metal drummers of all time. His name is Gene Hoglan, and he earned the nickname “The Atomic Clock” because of his flawless drumming
I think you'll love Crypta, they're a brazilian all female death metal band, they have vibes from classic death metal bands like Death and Morbid Angel, these girls kicks asses. I recommend the songs: Dark night of the soul, Starvation, Death Arcana, Kali, From the ashes. All songs from their 2021 debut and only album so far "Echoes of the soul".
Bit of a long write up but it will be worth it if you give a sec to read! I personally believe these to be the pinnacle of metal in their respective sub genres DEATH : symbolic album I think is the no.1 greatest metal album period, it has absolute consistency, guitar tone drums by a legend, seriously groovy and technical riffs in a time when this wasn’t quite out there yet, it’s just a masterpiece , you could choose any song but I’ll put ,y favorites, I did see you’ve done my favourite one sacred serenity,I like the dude who gave you that and done the title track symbolic. crystal mountain Zero tolerance Empty words Without judgement Dissection - storm of the nights bane Atmosphere is what created the progression of the way this band and their first 2 albums pathed that. Again any song but...this album has my favorite ever metal song : Nights blood Nights blood is just well, I can’t recommend it highly enough. In flames - the jester race Consistent , unique, this is the real in flames, the true stuff. Legendary status this album has. You have to listen to once in your life. One of the best metal albums ever made. Moon shield The jester race December flower Dead eternity Lord hypnos I would just say December flower has a very hard solo. This is their current singer, his first album with them, the EP they have before the jester race 1996, it’s called subterranean and has maybe my favourite In flames song - biosphere and there IS NOT a reaction video so you could be first. I recommend it mate! Rust in peace is probably tied at no.1 best metal album ever with death - symbolic, for me anyway. Holy wars Hanger 18 Take no prisoners Five Magic’s Tornado of souls Tornado of souls solo is very hard. A personal favourite of mine is Pantera - Cowboys from hell album (and some strays of the others) Songs psycho holiday, art of shredding, shattered , revolution is my name, mouth for war, cowboys from hell if you haven’t already but that’s Iike in its own league. These need attendance. Their power metal stuff, my favourites in that era were the songs power metal and I’ll be alright, and hard ride. I enjoy what you’re doing here, you got a sense of genuine attitude to how you are open with music and as musician myself I got a lot respect for that. As I went through your channel I’ve watched quite a lot lol, so here’s just a few which are what I think are kind of hidden gems or forgotten about. Black Sabbath - Neon knights Heaven and hell Dark throne - in shadow of the horns (it’s not unheard of for people to suggest that’s the best black metal song ever) Annihilator - these guys are thrash metal. Those songs are absolute classics. Never, neverland Alison hell Fun palace I do hope you get this message because it would honestly be a shame if you didn’t some of these masterpieces
Chuck lives forever!! Loved ur breakdown of everything, u know ur stuff! I’m a new sub so idk if you’ve reacted to these songs but some of my favorites by Death: “Leprosy”, “Left To Die”, “Zombie Ritual”, “Spirit Crusher”, “Crystal Mountain”, “Lack of Comprehension”, “Spiritual Healing”. Cheers 🤘
Can’t wait to see your reactions to Death’s Trapped in a Corner, especially the guitar solos from King Diamond’s Andy LaRocque and Chuck Schuldiner and the outro solos from The Philosopher between Chuck and fretless bassist Steve DiGiorgio
Every album they made is good. Their one of those bands that gets better as they went on. But it sucks that Chuck ( the singer and lead guitarist) died in 2001.
He really, really was. The amount of talent in that man was irreplaceable and incredible. The Sound of Perseverance has been playing nonstop since this reaction 🤣
Have you listened to Autopsy? It’s the band of Death’s drummer in the two-piece lineup of Scream Bloody Gore. Steve DiGiorgio (who was also a member of Death) played in their first album.
Metal scene in my area of Florida is dead as fuck. Lived in Los Angeles for a few months and the scene there was nice and healthy. Kinda miss it for the music scene.
Wait till u hear "Spirit crusher","in human form", "Scavenger of human sorrow", "Lack of comprehension", "bite the pain", "leprosy", "Zero tolerance" ...like master Chuck's song says...just be prepared!

The Death songs The Philospher or Overactive Imagination, and you can maybe react to the drum playthrough version from Gene Hoglan so you can get blown away in an extra dimension too ^^
Hello from switzerland!! it's so great watching you discover real metal bands and not just giving a 5 min reaction but actually appreciating the musicality
A thing you need to know about Chuck as a lyricist is that the guy read A LOT. When he uses all these metaphors somebody can easily get lost what he talks about.
Their 1987 album Scream Bloody Gore is fucking fantastic. It's rawer, filthier and has some iconic riffs especially 'Evil Dead' and "Zombie Ritual'. Leprosy is probably my favourite Death album, Pull the Plug is an evergreen banger.
Hi Kaiya👋🏻 Awesome reaction, glad that you listened a lot to symbolic, probably my favorite Death Album. Its always nice to turn people that usually don't listen to metal into metalheads. I highly recommend you to listen to some Lorna Shore, especially their current EP "... And i return to nothingness" Its just 3 Songs, but its so ridiculously good. The first Single of it, actually got into the Spotify viral top 10 when it came out, and also blew up on UA-cam. Would be awesome if you could react to them🤘🏻

Sound of Perseverance was to be the last Death album. Chuck actually wanted to stop but the label wanted one more and I think that's why the last 2 sound so similar. He was going to go all in on Control Denied.
My favourite band 🙂 this brought a smile to my face. Interesting fact, Richard Christy one of Death's talented drummers is now a comedian and works on The Howard Stern show. There is a funny clip of him playing drums on the show live and absolutely blowing Howard away 😄
Fun fact: This was supposed to be the first album of Chuck's next project after Death, called Control Denied, but they owed the label 1 more album, so this album was repurposed. Still great, probably my fav from Death/Chuck... hard to say. Chuck has not recorded 1 bad song. Even the 1 Control Denied album is excellent.

Just read a few comments where - again - some people stated that nothing Death did after Human was any good xD
Sacred serenity is one of my favorites. It is about cats and dogs literally
I am sorry but sweden is also holy ground for death metal
Yes, Tampa/Florida indeed but don’t forget Sweden that has given us some of the most legendary Death Metal bands and albums.
As an American who loves Metal and American Metal….Europe is the ultimate holy ground for all death and black metal
Death is something else over the top, that musical evolution was simply amazing, my favourite band ever, for sure.
If there is a part 2 for Death, definitely gotta try out the early stuff. This is especially after you have reacted to Dying Fetus and Cannibal Corpse
There is a great video on UA-cam about Death and Chuck. One nicest people in the metal scene which makes his passing even harder to handle. Everyone misses Chuck.
Dead-ass, you are the ONLY reactor that appreciates metal at a deeper level. Respect. You are my only sub... never thought I'd see the day 👏
I remember being in 8th grade (2003) and getting a ride from my friend’s older sister, she grabs a cd (SOP) puts it in, turns on full fucking blast and I hear the craziest drum intro in my life.
You won't be disappointed.
thanks for the recommendation, they remind me of Dark Tranquillity
👆🏽 thisssss. Be'Lakor is incredible
About to mention Cynic and Atheist here, but you did already did. Good job! :D
One of my favourite Metal Bands ever!!!
rest in Peace Schuck.....because of him i learned to play Guitar^^
Every Album and every Song is great, this Man was a Genius in Composing and pick the right musicians...
Every Album is different and special and i love Individual Thought Patterns the Contra Bass is so great.
Greetings from Germany
So glad you like them! They’re one of my favorite bands ever! Definitely my favorite metal band
Great reaction! I appreciate your love for the music.
I wasn't expecting a 54min video damn. This will be a great watch
So glad that you liked Death 🖤 , great reaction! , it would be great a second part reacting to more Death songs ;) xd
Maybe you could react to these songs :
Pull The Plug
Within The Mind
Secret Face
Cosmic Sea
Trapped In A Corner
Destiny
thank u 🖤🤘
Yes!!! I really want to! Thank you for recommending Death. Thinking of other ways I can react to stuff - maybe live streaming/other social media's. Sooo happy to have heard this band
Death was out of this world. So good. Thanks Chuck RIP
@@imaKaiya you're welcome glad you enjoyed the band
There are actually two bands named Death. This one and an older afropunk band. Both killer bands 🤘🏻
omg someone that reacts to metal the way i do been a metalhead since 1980 glad to see you discovering.metal love you girl
Opeth - Heir Apparent.. I'm surprised nobody mentioned that one. Holy shit. It's arguably their best song.
@@imaKaiyacan I post a link for a live video of Death for you?
It's great how excited you get over Death and Death Metal in general, it reminds me of when I discovered it for the first time.
I really love ur genuine reactions. This is one of my favorite bands . I always get emotional during their songs
"I wanna do two things while listening to this. Play fucking diablo and drive my car." She gets it.
I've listened to a lot of bands and there's nothing like Death. You're lucky to be able to hear them for the first time. If you like Death you have to listen to Gojira. I recommend you Oroborus, The gift of guilt, Amazonia, Silvera and Flying Whales for example. Actually, any song of theirs is good 🙂
True, to me the only band that comes close is Necrophagist
The guitar sound of Death is one of a kind, so great, so dreamy but aggressive.
Yes. Human and ITP are the epitome of this band.
I may be in the minority, but I love the later, screechier growl. It's so raw and painful, gives me shivers
Tears. M.
R.I.P. Chuck, Death got me thru most of high school. riding around after dark with my friends....good times
Symbolic is a brilliant album. Glad you heard the title track from it.
do you want to continue with more death metal or just metal in general? because I'm starting to notice in the comments recommendations from a lot of random bands
I don't want to recommend you bands because otherwise I'll get petty with this or that;
you are doing a good job, I like your videos, there are very few channels like yours ^^
Best Death metal band, best setup ever.
The way you was acting about Death is exactly the way Every other Death fan reacted also.. That's f'in Great cheers
Chucks 8 albums should be experienced by everyone. You hear a boy become a man. Albums just brutal fast thrashy death metal about b horror movie goofiness to songs dwelling on mortality. All 8 albums. Front to back. Every metal head owes it to themselves
More bangers like these for the part 2 would be like;
Empty words
Zero tolerance
Pull the plug
The philosopher
Spirit crusher
Lack of Comprehension
Literally the perfect band. RIP Chuck
One of my favorite albums ever
Also check out Altars of Madness by Morbid Angel
Currently Morbid Angel and Infant Annihilator are tied in the poll I have going right now!
great genuine reaction to a great album! I've had the death logo tattoo for almost 15 years now!
my suggestions if you like weird
mr bungle - carousel
primus - mr krinkle
acid bath - toubabo koomi
if you want to see some amazing drumming
Mgła - Exercises in Futility V - Darkside Brutal Assault 2019 (Drum Cam)
That is cool that you have it tattooed! Their logo is sickk. I'm a huge collector of cassettes and CD's, so I'm looking into buying like their entire discography now haha. Thank you for your recommendations also! I will definitely check them. I appreciate you watching!
Individual Thought Pattern is a masterpiece.
The solo in without judgement makes me cry everytime. It's the nsot beautiful thing ever
Agreed with this especially after listening to their second album "Shadow of Sorrow"
@@evilkingster Yes, she already reacted to the 3 singles in one video
Symbolic was Chucks move towards more of his childhood influences like watch tower and Queensrÿche. he was amore of an 80's power metal dude at heart.
Don't disrespect chuck with that gay shit
Bit of a long write up but it will be worth it if you give a sec to read!
I personally believe these to be the pinnacle of metal in their respective sub genres
DEATH : symbolic album I think is the no.1 greatest metal album period, it has absolute consistency, guitar tone drums by a legend, seriously groovy and technical riffs in a time when this wasn’t quite out there yet, it’s just a masterpiece , you could choose any song but I’ll put ,y favorites, I did see you’ve done my favourite one sacred serenity,I like the dude who gave you that and done the title track symbolic.
crystal mountain
Zero tolerance
Empty words
Without judgement
Dissection - storm of the nights bane
Atmosphere is what created the progression of the way this band and their first 2 albums pathed that.
Again any song but...this album has my favorite ever metal song : Nights blood
Nights blood is just well, I can’t recommend it highly enough.
In flames - the jester race
Consistent , unique, this is the real in flames, the true stuff. Legendary status this album has. You have to listen to once in your life. One of the best metal albums ever made.
Moon shield
The jester race
December flower
Dead eternity
Lord hypnos
I would just say December flower has a very hard solo.
Holy wars
Hanger 18
Take no prisoners
Five Magic’s
Tornado of souls
Tornado of souls solo is very hard.
A personal favourite of mine is Pantera - Cowboys from hell album (and some strays of the others)
Songs
psycho holiday, art of shredding, shattered , revolution is my name, mouth for war, cowboys from hell if you haven’t already but that’s Iike in its own league.
Black Sabbath -
Neon knights
Heaven and hell
Dark throne - in shadow of the horns (it’s not unheard of for people to suggest that’s the best black metal song ever)
Annihilator - these guys are thrash metal. Those songs are absolute classics.
Never,neverland
Alison hell
Fun palace
I do hope you get this message because it would honestly be a shame if you didn’t some of these masterpieces
Chuck was amazing
He really, really was. The amount of talent in that man was irreplaceable and incredible. The Sound of Perseverance has been playing nonstop since this reaction 🤣
@@imaKaiya Yeah, they really don’t have a bad album. It’s one of those bands that I’m just always in the mood for putting on.
Have you listened to Autopsy? It’s the band of Death’s drummer in the two-piece lineup of Scream Bloody Gore. Steve DiGiorgio (who was also a member of Death) played in their first album.
First metal band, cannibal corpse ?
Goddamn.
I’m wondering if she ever finds out that Chuck is the main writer and is the lead guitar as well as the singer at the same time during this video
I really couldn’t believe how there’s people could live lie normal without hearing before death.
You should check The Dillinger Escape Plan and Gorguts. For Dillinger 43% burnt, Mouth of Ghosts, and When I Lost my Bet. For Gorguts, The Art of Sombre Ecstasy, Elusive Treasures, and Colored Sands.
5:18 everyone’s reaction when they realize they’ve been sleeping on death all this time 😂
If your brains match your beauty Death is your #1 Band , they have no bad songs in their catalog 🤘😎
The Death songs The Philospher or Overactive Imagination, and you can maybe react to the drum playthrough version from Gene Hoglan so you can get blown away in an extra dimension too ^^
Death - Human, you need to react this album
Death will make a reappearance to the Metal Reactions series. I just can't get enough of this band
@@imaKaiya death is one of those bands with almost perfect discography, the lowest rated album is 8/10
Hello from switzerland!!
it's so great watching you discover real metal bands and not just giving a 5 min reaction but actually appreciating the musicality
Brutal truth: extreme conditions demand extreme responses
I like that you wave your hands and move your hips when you enjoy it instead of headbanging😂
One of my favourite tracks of Death is Misanthrope and The Philosopher... smashing tracks
A thing you need to know about Chuck as a lyricist is that the guy read A LOT. When he uses all these metaphors somebody can easily get lost what he talks about.
😮👍❤
Would be awesome if you could react to them🤘🏻
THANK YOU YOUNG LADY RECONIZING THE GREATNESS OF CHUCK SCHULDNER!! HE IS STILL EXTREMELY MISSED IN THE METAL MUSIC SCENE!!! I WAS ALWAYS WANTING HIM AND JAMES MURPHY TO BURY THE HATCHET AND DO ANOTHER ALBUM TOGETHER!! CHUCK YOU ARE MISSED😢 R.I.P.
You’re right! You were not prepared, lol 🤷🏻♂️🤣
RIP Chuck Schuldiner. We miss you.
Your right late 80's up to mid to late 90's the greatest metal albums of all time were created! Most of them from the deathmetal genre period!
I went into a 6 to 8 month depression when Chuck Died!! It devistated me big time!! R.I.P. Chuck!
"It makes me so happy listening to this." You discovered the best therapy, METAL. R.I.P. Chuck Schuldiner
There's no telling how much they would accomplish if they were still around.
43:30 LOL the first thing I think when Voice Of The Soul comes on
That song is just too damn good. Easily my favorite one off this record. The Flesh though *chefs kiss*
CHUCK SINGS AND PLAYS LEAD GUITAR!!
