I wish I had seen this video before now haha I had so many questions about this and didn’t know who to ask or how to find out but you did an amazing job at explaining it all! So informative!😍
Hey so I just got accepted into a pre nursing program. I understand it would take me two yrs to finish my prerequisites, then I would apply to actual Nursing school. My question is from there is it another 4 yrs to work towards getting my bsn ?
Hi I’m an international student looking forward to apply for a pre nursing program in Canada. This video has answered all my questions, thank u so much ! But I want to ask, if I finish the two year pre nursing program, can I apply for a degree for a different program and not nursing ?
Hi so I recently got accepted into a four-year college as a pre-nursing major, but I was just wondering what happens if the nursing program at the four-year college rejects me after completing their pre-nursing program. Am I supposed to apply to other four-year colleges that offer the traditional BSN program and transfer?
Hi ! So i ultimately think yes that would be your best option. You should look into applying to multiple programs at the same time because nursing school is very competitive
i got into all my colleges but i mostly got into pre-nursing which is great but i don’t have that secruity that i actually got into the program. i got into 1 direct bsn school but its expensive. should i take pre-nursing first or just directly go to nursing school.
If you’re young and just leaving highschool there really is no rush so go for the schools you go into however getting into a direct BSN program is a great accomplishment and saves a lot of stress from having to apply to nursing programs in the future.
Hey please please reply to this😣I'm stuck and I need to apply to the spring semester next year January. So I'm Kenyan and I'm planning on coming to study nursing in the US .So I did my research and I'm going to apply for a community college to get an Associate degree.I wanna do nursing but so I looked into the school's program and the prerequisite part came up.I have to have some specific subjects to qualify. My question is how do I get these prerequisite subjects done in another community college?do they have like a general name for it ?I saw in General Education they offer some of the specified prerequisites so should I apply for the general education course or what course should I apply for to get my prerequisites done?please please reply to this I am so stuck and being an international student is frustrating because I don't know these things. So please reply😭😭you will really have helped me out so much
okay so question ! so for the college i’m going to now which is a cc , im getting yk associates for pre nursing so say i graduate and get my associates degree in pre nursing .. i would now qualify to apply for a bsn program or would i ..? how would i go about getting my rn or bsn degree after getting my pre nursing associate degree ?
At that point you should then be able to apply to either an ASN or BSN program depending on that schools pre req requirements. All schools are different in what they require for admission purposes
So I don’t need to be accepted into a pre-nursing program to then apply to a bsn program? I can just meet the prerequisites on my own and then apply???
