    I found your channel on New Years Eve as a suggested video for a search. I only recently set up a yoga swing again after moving last year and I wanted to get back into a routine.
    I have been using this video to unwind the last few nights and I am so grateful for the shift I feel in my body and mind. I cried the first time during the butterfly pose because I felt so safe and protected in the silk with your kind voice as a guide 🦋 I've watched a few other videos and tried the Lesson 0, and I'm happy to say that I ordered a full-size yoga silk from a local supplier so I can more fully engage with your lessons.
    Thank you so very much from a tired single mother who really needed what you provide. I'm so excited to continue my practice!

    Love love loved this class :-). I was introduced to aerial hammock in a strictly intense/ circus arts type of way, and while I love that style of aerial and have been practicing for over a year, I have just been introduced in the last few months to restorative style aerial classes. When it comes to yoga restorative is my favorite style of classes so to find aerial and restorative blended together just makes my heart so full. I have a hammock in my house and I used to feel so sad that my feelings are super low and I can’t do much; now that I have these videos I can really appreciate my low hammock 💕💕💕

    Hi Cami, I was wondering if you could advise what microphone you're using. I'm struggling when teaching for my voice to reach to everyone. I see you wear a small.ear bud that doesn't get in the way of you showing us different positions in the hammock. Could you recommend it? Thanks so much, Karina

      You can practice this yin aerial yoga class, but if you want more details about which poses you should do or not while being pregnant and safe practice at home, is in my Online Course with 100 lessons and classes plus all the other stuff included :) oh, and with code UA-cam100, you get 100€ off the course ☺️ www.camiyogair.com/online-aerial-yoga-course

    I have a question - in the pose where we lay on the stomach and the silk narrow under the hip bones - should the pelvic be tucked in or we should arc the back?

    • @CamiYogAIR
      @CamiYogAIR  3 роки тому +1

      The whole body suppose to be completely relaxed and passive in this pose, the pelvis is more in neutral position to elongate the spine since pelvis is lifted off the ground, so you don’t need to do anything in particular☺️ hanging pelvis leads the arch through the upper back and extension through the front of the body 🙂
