My severe ringing stopped for like a minute but it came back THOUGH it's less painful and strong as before .. thank you for this video 😊✨

The best video of all the ones I've used. However, I was lucky that my tinnitus was fairly mild to start with and got better just as I started using this video. And I slept through the night, using the loudspeakers in my bedroom . But I won't say I'm cured. If it returns, I'll likely get a hearing aid or two configured for this frequency.

I've been sitting at my desk for an hour listening to this on loop and after I turn this off, my tinnitus is so reduced it's like it's practically gone. I think the oscillation pattern has a lot to do with relaxing the brain.
I'm going to be trying this daily-- enjoy my watch hours! Thanks!

I know it's 8 months later but my tinnitus abruptly got much worse out of no where in seconds. It was mild before, now severe. It’s driving me crazy. So I am looking for any sort of help. Do you listen with earphones in or just your computer speakers?

@@mic7818 hey brother that happens to me too sometimes but it goes away. I listen to this particular thing with computer speakers. Sometimes when I want to listen to music, I have this on low and play the song over it. I still get the effect. I am careful with headphones volume now making sure not to play loudly.
Something else that really helped me is i got a scalp massager. Look up Tenswa Electric Scalp Massager on Amazon. I use that guy when i take breaks and every night before bed. The top of my head is painful at first, like a sore muscle, but after like 30 mins of good pressure it loosens up and it helps with many things, my tinnitus and also hair growth. Go all over your head, face, and neck. I make sure i go to bed completely relaxed, no lights, no screens, just massaging and my ears are definitely more calm
Good luck and lmk how it goes

Closest I've found to matching my tinnitus sound. Do wish it was a little louder but at 100 it's actually very close to matching the level of my T.

Acouphene est le synonime du tinnitus? J'entends un bruit a gauche, a peu pres 9-10000 Hz, ca sifflote...comme un comprimé effervescant. Cordialement, Z. Hongrie

Mr. Xavier Carriou I have listened to your therapy on 6,8,9,10 kHz.
Unfortunately, I did not read that it had to be listened to quiter than my tinnitus.
After listening, the volume of my tinnitus increased drastically.
Also tinnitus appeared in the other ear.
How am I going to get back to my previous state of tinnitus now?
    Please help.

As I said and write you MUST listen the sound at a very low level.
If you have already a tinnitus you must test your audition with an audiologist.
because if your lost is important where you listen the sound you must push the volume and that is very bad for the hear as you should know.
      Tell me more .

      no no no !
Just a litlle loader than your tinnitus
to much noise can affect your audition and give you tinnitus
