Thanks! learned something tonight. Yeh I've never seen a Nissan actuator go bad but tons of GM actuators( I work in a retail shop) ,they are easy cause they make an annoying popping noise, guess it makes for an easy diag.
I have heat blowing out my passenger side but my driver side is working fine. I keep it on 65-68 and my driver side is fine but passenger is really hot!

i have done a few GM actuators when i worked at an STS a few years back.
