I lost 20lbs eating this way, thanks guys. You and several others like Wellyourworld, wholefood plant based cooking show, Plantiful Kiki and the girl I took the challenge from, Melissa Alexandra are such an inspiration. I started with a 30 day challenge and haven’t eaten meat since 🤩. Thank you for taking the time to put together such wonderful recipes🥰

Ha… this is great! First time to your channel and never realized the rest of the world doesn’t have the access we do here in Texas to tortillas. Just last night I saw in our local grocery store… tons of tortillas varieties in size (burrito, fajita, taco, mini street taco/tapas size) and flavors flour, spinach, tomato, red pepper, whole wheat, yellow corn, white corn, combo wheat-corn, cassava flour, almond flour, chick pea/garbanzo flour…. And then there are other substitutes that are more like crapes to me: egg white and cauliflower. There was an entire aisle top to bottom both sides and another small island surrounded shelf covered with tortillas… then I realized we also have frozen flour tortillas that are the best as you have to brown them they are not cooked and they taste the freshest!!! Y’all come visit Houston some time 😊

What are wholemeal tortillas? Is that the same thing as whole wheat tortillas? I'm a little embarrassed about asking the question but I honestly don't know. I'm new to plant-based world and I've stumbled across your channel and find it very interesting. Thank you.

I absolutely love these guys… great recipes, beautiful videos. I do think the timer should start with gathering and prepping the ingredients… that is the part that is so tiring.

I deliver food for a living (in bonnie wee Scotland, no less) and I happened in the course of everyday proceedings to mentioned to a customer that the ‘Cybies’ had a short shelf life date. They replied ‘What are Cybies?!?’ I paused, cleared my throat and calmly said; ‘Perhaps you know them as spring onions, or maybe even green onions, or some other such name. As a Scottish man born in the early seventies, I can categorically confirm that we called these funny wee long onions ‘cybies’ when I was wee, because ‘that was their name!’ I am not sure how a wee boy in the seventies would know so much about onions but there you go. The customer was actually quite cool about the whole thing and we laughed in a calm relaxed manner at how confusing it was to have different names for the same thing. Peering deeply into the customers eyes I sensed a weakness; I therefore calmly refrained (from going down the whole ‘Scallion’ boulevard), and politely bid a calm, considered adieu instead😉

I was glad to hear you say you're not cooking widdoil. I have been to a dozen stores, and no one has ever even heard of widdoil. Whatever widdoil is, I guess widdoil is a European product unavailable in the US.😆
Seriously, brilliant video, looks fantastic, I'm going to try it this week. I may even do the whole weight loss program

Hi guys! Thanks for this recipe! I love tacos and I’m happy to know there’s an option I can eat while on my weight loss journey. Can you make a suggestion for an alternative to the mushrooms? I know, I know, but I just don’t like mushrooms of any kind!

Tried to check the course out, but the link does not work, so I tried typing the URL manually into the browser... website demanded that I set up an account, which I did; only to discover that the course is not free.
I attempted to delete my account only to discover that, in order to do so, I had to renew my account (having to pay for the privilege of doing so). Sounds Irish to me.
Now I have an account for a website that I will never, ever, visit again.
I used to like this channel.
    Consider me unsubscribed forthwith.

These are a couple of guys, who don’t know any more than I know by reading common sense nutrition info over the course of my life, but who want you to pay them to teach you how to lose weight.
I actually like these guys, as sorta inspirational vegan cooks. But this idea that we should pay them for expert advice is kinda laughable.
