- This reformer workout is a jump-board cardio workout. Alex will warm up with arms and abs with your straps, after than you will be jumping the entire class. Alex will finish with feet in straps and a stretch.

Phew…that whipped me into a frenzy!!!, I like to do cardio once or twice a week, and this one certainly delivers on the cardio portion…I even had to go down in springs in order to maintain form…but really enjoyed it…it’s going in my rotation…thanks again 😊
