Woodturning - Crazy Big Transformation Burl on Lathe Work

- I have begun activities to regenerate trees that have been cut down for various reasons.
All the logs I use are scraps. In most cases, collect the cuttable pieces and give them to a recycler. The video shows a scene transformation making a vace from a Japan burl.
Very advanced design work has been completed, so I'm glad to see it to the end!

間違いなく僕のウッドターニング人生最高難度の作品になりました。
これほど硬い瘤材に出会ったのは初めてですが、口を小さく壁を薄くしたせいで中の切削中はツールを全力で握っていないといけなくり、振動で口にツールが当たりそうで疲弊しました💦
しばらく手が痺れてました😂
木目もとても良いので、日本では難しくても海外でそれなりの値段で売れる事を願ってます！

My old video uses this wood lathe from 2 years ago. The only problem is that it's far from home. This large lathe is used when handling large workpieces.

What do you do with the off cuts of your burl??
I keep the cut pieces for future resin projects.
However, I really don't like resin.
it is very small.

木のどの部分を削り出していくと
なんとなくどんな模様となるのかを
理解しているんじゃないかと思いますが
素人目から見たら面白い模様になった印象があります
工具次第で中をくり抜けるものだと理解しました👍

今回のは紅葉の瘤材ですが、削る前からただらなぬオーラを感じていました。
元の状態より悪くならないよう、出来るだけ小さくならないようデザインしました。
切れっぱしは、今後レジンで固めて作品にする予定です。
次回の動画も別の種類ですが瘤材です💡
