Soft and Simple Buttercream
Ingredients
500 gr Shortening.
Simple syrup.
(made from 100 gr Sugar + 80 ml water + a pinch of salt cooked until boiling then cool until it reaches room temperature)
200 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk.
100 gr Soft Cream, I use the Hollman brand.
And if there is no soft cream, it can be replaced with butter, room temperature.
Or even if it's skipped it doesn't matter either.
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla liquid or powder
