      DRY INGREDIENTS
      1 1/2 cup almond flour (170g)
      1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
      1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
      2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
      1/4 teaspoon sea salt
      1/2 cup Xylitol
      WET INGREDIENTS
      1 cup zucchini, finely grated measure packed, discard juice/liquid if there is some - about 2 small zucchini
      2 large eggs
      1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon cream
      1/4 cup butter, melted
      1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
      FILLING - OPTIONAL
      1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
