I've got to tell you this is the best keto dessert I had in a long time and I bake almost everyday. So I divided the recipe in two, one part I made with orange peel and half of the whey was egg white protein powder and other half was pea protein. I have to increase the amount of fiber in my diet so I used half eggs, half chia eggs. The other half of the recipe I used half egg white protein powder and other half unsweetened cocoa powder. It's excellent! Exceeded my expectations! Thank you Alycia! This two versions will be go-to recipes for me! The orange one is the best! The chocolate one is very similar to a brownie! So delicious! I just had a piece of your bread, but I replaced the zucchini with fresh cranberries and your “apples” from your apple cake to resemble a bread my Grandma used to make around the holidays. It turned out so good. Warm with a little butter, just perfect. I think I over baked it by maybe a minute or so, but it’s still delicious, just a note for me to remember next time. This recipe is so versatile, I think you really have found the perfect ratios. Thank you so so so much for all of your hard work and passion you put into recreating these desert for us. @@janp7660 I added 1 cup of fresh whole cranberries plus a extra hand full because it didn’t look like enough, two cooked chayote squash like in her “apple” bread recipe, about 1/2 cup pecans (but recipe calls for walnuts), and 1 t cinnamon ( you could probably add a tad more). It turned out delicious, but I just want to let you know that the squash did sink, but it didn’t effect the quality or taste of the bread at all. I hope you enjoy it.

You are such an inspiration please remember you are great. I gained 60lb when i stopped doing keto IN 8MONTHS 19st 8lb. I started back a week ago. i lose 14lb i know this is water weight. Im going into my second week in ketosis no exercise yet just focusing on the food intake right now. This is going to be a challenge to be consistent as i know i need to keep going. And I only had allouse brown sugar so for taste that I just added about a little less than a half tsp on molasses in the batter, along with the 3/4 cup classic white Lakonta sweetner. I added about a tablespoon and a half of pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of Corn extract instead of vanilla. And walnuts instead of pecans. It smells good.

I do not but you can use 3/4 cup sour cream and a 1/4 cup lemon juice instead of the zucchini. I would just sprinkle blueberries on top because they will sink if you put them in whole to the batter. I do have a lemon blueberry muffin recipe in the blog for my cranberry orange muffins, where the blueberries won't sink. You can maybe try putting that in a loaf pan. Hope you enjoy, you're welcome!
You may have answered this in another recipe, but do you think Keto Chow could be used in place of Isopure in your recipes? I have some flavors of Keto Chow I’d like to use (like Snickerdoodle!) in my baking. I know it isn’t zero carb like Isopure but it is pretty low carb. Maybe we can use powdered keto sugar so we dont have to blend them for a long time to soften? I know people put the granulated keto sugar in a blender until it is powdered down.

Thank you! Not sure how that would taste. My only concern besides that is a cucumber is 96% water and zucchini is 90%. So it could be doable, I would just squeeze out some of the water from the cucumber. Again though I don't know how that would taste, I hate cucumbers though, lol.

Thats a good idea can't believe I didn't think to put chocolate chips in it!! I don't know really, you could try a plant protein isolate but it's the bulk of the "flour" in the recipe.
Can you use allulose? And I have Quest Cinnamon Toast Crunch protein powder, think that would be good in this? EDIT: Got the answer to my allulose question I guess. Lol
I haven't worked with almond flour much, because I don't like the texture of it. After a little research I believe you may need more almond flour, I guess I would start with the original amount of protein powder then add more almond flour if needed to get the right batter consistency.

I'm interested in your cranberry apple recipe! I love cranberries. Did you chop them or cook them before you added? How much of each did you use?

Is whey protein isolate the same as whey protein concentrate?
Isolate is more refined and usually has less carbs. Concentrate is usually cheaper, has more ingredients and carbs.
