    The decision to go with these modular, floating credenzas + desk is a brilliant idea. Leaving the bottom part floating makes for easier cleaning/sweeping than freestanding furniture, which would trap dirt and dust bunnies. The fact it is modular means you can rearrange the cabinets or readjust their height, to fit your needs as they change. When you move you can easily remove them from the wall and take them with you. And lastly as your family expands you can have them serve other purposes - toy storage, diaper changing table, etc. - and then change them back after the kids grow up.

    • @The1Music2MyEars
      @The1Music2MyEars 4 роки тому +5

      I see it in a lot of DIY organization videos, but arm-rests on computer chairs aren't the best idea. The point is to have your shoulders relax when you work. That means having your elbows rest on the table and that also means allowing you to raise your chair up high enough to be able to do that. Typically, the thickness of the table/drawer system impedes this ability as well as arm-rests. However, since the table is pretty thin, you can get away with arm-rests so that balances out.
